ParticipantHi, I love your calendar plugin, but I’ve run into an issue I’m not yet able to resolve, I’m using Events Calendar Pro (latest version) with WP 4.9.4
I have a recurring event (60+ times) and when showing in list view I only list one occurence of the event. The event has a link to show all recurring events. When clicking that link I go to a page where the occurences of this event are shown. But there are only shown 10 occurences (number of posts/page in settings of Events Calendar). Underneath is a link “Next activities”.
When I click that link it shows me other events (not page 2 with results of the recurring event).
I ran into this issue with my own theme, but when using 2017-theme I got the same behaviour.Found this post with the same issue (but it states it is solved there, but I ran into it): https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/next-prev-links-when-showing-all-recurring-events-instances-loads-other-events/
Any help would be appreciated.
Kind regards,

KeymasterHi Job,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind sending me the URL to this event, so that I can take a look at it?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime,
Thanks for your reply. I wasn’t aware of the issue until after release (I tested it with some repeated events that had only 5 occurences and that worked like a charm).
I’ve already tested it on my local machine with a duplicate of the site, and I installed twentyseventeen theme (to rule out a theme-error) (the problem still occurs when a repeated event has more than 10 occurences, clicking the link to show all occurences of that event shows a page with 10 items, clicking the link to go to the next page show other events (and not more occurencces of the event I was showing). After that step I disabled all other plugins (except the ones from the Events Calender: Events Calendar, Events Calender Pro, The Events Calendar: Community Events, The Events Calendar: Filter Bar, The Events Calendar: List Venues/Organizers Shortcodes )
The problem than still occurs. Please could you help me with this?
I could put a copy of the site in a staging environment and grant you access to the backend if you wish.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Kind regards,

KeymasterHi Job,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
Can you provide me with a link to that event so that I can take a look at it, as well as a screenshot of how that event is set up on the backend, so that I can try to replicate the scenario you are seeing.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Job,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information. I have tried to replicate the issue that you are seeing, but so far things are still working as expected for me.
As a next troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
