KeymasterHi Josep,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Please note that support for customizations is limited as stated in our support policy.
You can create a category view of your events so that users can see all events in one category:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-categories/
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jack,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that this functionality isn’t working for you right now!
As a first step, I’d recommend updating your PHP version. As per our system requirements, we recommend a PHP version of 5.4 and above.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Bernhard,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately this isn’t currently a possibility with our plugin, however you can vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
Also included in this feature request are some snippets that may help to get you started, if you’d like to explore the customization on your own.

KeymasterHi Michelle,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In other words, are you looking to create category page views, so that just one category appears on a page? If so, you can totally do this.
Check out this Knowledgebase article for more details:

February 9, 2018 at 10:54 am in reply to: Form data not retained upon submit if required field is empty #1449287Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Matt,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I see what you mean about the form resetting itself if a required field is left blank. You can add the snippet provided in the following forum thread to make the event description optional:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/changing-the-event-description-to-not-required/
In addition, you can optionally add/change the error message when a required field is left blank and the form is reset, to alert submitters that the date is reset (or something similar):

KeymasterHi Joel,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Do you have the most recent version of Events Calendar PRO on your site? If not, please update and test if the issue still occurs.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can try to confirm this issue on my end? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

Thanks for providing me with that information. Can you update your WordPress version and see if the issue still occurs?
Also, if you temporarily turn off your SEO plugin, do you see better performance on your site?

KeymasterHi Gretchen,
I apologize for all of the back and forth between plugins. You can find that string within the WooCommerce plugin under plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-cart.php and see it there for yourself.
Please let me know if you need further assistance on this issue.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Eva,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information, we appreciate your feedback.
Would you mind being more specific about the usability issues that you are seeing? I’m not sure if there is a whole lot that we can do to address these issues if the behavior on your site is working as expected.
You can also add these ideas to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
Can you update your WordPress version to the most recent version (4.9.4) and test again?
In addition, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
As for your Facebook events, if you go to Events Settings < Imports, what is your Import Date Range Limit? By default, this is set to one month. This means that events more than one month in the future will not be imported. You can change this setting to increase the date range if you’d like.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
February 9, 2018 at 5:29 am in reply to: Recurring Events show all not working due to pagination #1448779Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Job,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
Can you provide me with a link to that event so that I can take a look at it, as well as a screenshot of how that event is set up on the backend, so that I can try to replicate the scenario you are seeing.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
