KeymasterCould you provide me with an example of a URL that you are referring to, so that I can do some testing on my end to make sure that you will be able to achieve the functionality that you are referring to?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Joel,
Thanks for providing me with this information!
I uploaded your theme and my blog posts still appeared with the oldest posts first (as they did before) and my events also appeared in the blog loop. You were seeing different results, correct?
As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Gretchen,
Thank you again for your feedback.
We are indeed considering integration between Event Tickets and Memberships. As you have been able to see, things aren’t currently working together right now.
You can vote on this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
In the meantime, you may find the information in the following forum post useful in helping you create an integration on your own:
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Gabriel,
Thanks for your feedback. I am going to get some feedback from my colleagues on this issue, and I will report back to you when I have some more information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in this issue.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi John,
Okay, so let’s clarify the original issue before we start over here:
- Go to this page: https://www.nashville.com/calendar-of-events/
- Click on a day with “View All Events”
- You are brought to a different page
Is this correct?
In any case, as I had mentioned previously, let’s start by going through our testing for conflicts procedure, to see if that sheds light on any conflict.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Lauren,
If you click on a date, and then on a category and click “Lets See Your Results”, do you see the results load?

KeymasterHi Shanese,
In other words, are you looking to add events from the front-end that then appear on the backend? If so, the only way to achieve this would be to purchase our Community Events plugin, which allows users to submit events from the front-end, which can be edited in the back-end.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Job,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information. I have tried to replicate the issue that you are seeing, but so far things are still working as expected for me.
As a next troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Omar,
Thanks for providing me with this information. Unfortunately I can confirm that this is a known bug that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

With Event Aggregator, you can import from a variety of sources, including iCal and Google Calendar.
In addition, we have a great 30-day full refund policy if you aren’t able to make things work the way that you were hoping.

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, without Eventbrite Tickets, you cannot import events from Eventbrite. Event Aggregator can import events from a variety of sources, such as Meetup and Facebook, but cannot import events from Eventbrite.
Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
