KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
This isn’t really possible to achieve out of the box. However, instead of using attendee information to ask these questions (which will display once per ticket), you can try to add a third-party plugin form to this page in order to display that information only once.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having a conflict between our plugin and your tag order plugin.
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with plugin conflicts, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of this plugin in a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

Are you having issues with exporting that calendar into your computer calendar software? Are you trying to import into iCal?
If you can provide me with some further detail, I can better assist you. Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!

KeymasterHi Ilkka,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
I’m sorry to hear that your site is running slowly with use of our plugins.
As a first step, please have a look at our Performance Considerations and see if there is anything you can adjust in order to help your site run better:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
After that, you may be interested in caching, so take a look at this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
In addition, you can check out some of the solutions provided in this forum post:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/decreasing-loading-time-for-big-amount-of-events/
I would also recommend looking into some of the plugins in this blog post, as they may be able to help you pinpoint where site slowness may be occurring:

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, as you have discovered, this is related to a known issue that we are currently work ing on. I don’t have a workaround for this issue at this time.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shay,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue again!
I am seeing an error that you have included the Google Maps API multiple times on your site. Can you try making sure that it is only listed in one place, for example, only in our plugin and not in your theme.
Then can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Can you also point me to an event where you are seeing this issue?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Vicky,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, you can set a purchase limit for tickets, but not for RSVPs. However, you can try the snippet provided in the following forum post to help you achieve the results that you are looking for:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/restrict-rsvp-to-one-tickets/
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

Unfortunately this feature does not exist for our plugin out of the box.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
