KeymasterUnfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
Would you mind clarifying the issue here? Are you experiencing a conflict with another plugin or theme?
Let’s back up a bit and try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for providing me with that information. When I have your theme/child theme activated on my site, I am not seeing any events in the main blog loop. This is different from what you are seeing, correct?
As a next step, I’d recommend taking a look at this similar thread and seeing if any of the snippets provided in this thread help to reverse the blog loop order for you:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Adam,
I’m sorry that things are working out for you the way that they are. Here are our current system requirements:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-are-the-system-requirements-for-your-plugins/
With my setup, I currently have a PHP version of 7.1.12 and I was able to import your URLs as expected with descriptions.
Let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOkay, thank you for getting back to this.
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
What do you currently have your Events Slug and Single Event Slug set to?
I see that your calendar page is still located on your homepage. Is that intended?
Also, what are your permalinks set to?
If you have made some changes, I’d recommend flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jansen,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information. Unfortunately, this is related to a known issue that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
A workaround for now is to make a template override of the tickets.php template and use the following code in it: https://gist.github.com/vicskf/ca4e2a7739315b2810ea4c24420f56fc
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
With the way that you currently have things set up, do you still see this issue? Here is what I did:
- Go to this page: https://www.nashville.com/calendar-of-events/
- Click on Next Events to navigate to March month view
- Click on View All 4 Events for March 3
- Directed to this page as expected: https://www.nashville.com/calendar-of-events/2018-03-03/
Can you try clearing your browser cache and/or viewing the site in a private window without any browser history, to test if the issue still occurs?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks for providing me with that information. There are no upcoming events associated with that organizer, so there was nothing for me to import. I checked their Facebook page as well, but was unable to import because there were no upcoming events.
In any case, this scenario should work as long as there are upcoming events to import.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Daniel,
By default, events are supposed to be organized by time.
Was there any change to the way that the events were ordered when you deactivated The Events Calendar Category Colors?
We are not affiliated with that plugin, so it is possible that there is a conflict.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi George,
I completely understand you concern, although there should not be any unintended consequences. One other thing to try would be to use/alter the snippet provided in the following forum post:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adding-ticket-name-to-attendee-export/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
