Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterSorry about that! I can process that refund for you. Just to confirm, you’d like a refund for just the Eventbrite Tickets plugin?
Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterWith Eventbrite Tickets, you can still use Event Aggregator, and schedule your imports as before. However, you will not be able to schedule Eventbrite events, those can only be imported individually.
Does that help to clarify things? Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOkay, thanks for going through that testing.
Just to clarify the issue, is Events Calendar PRO conflicting with another plugin? If so, please let me know what that plugin is.
Another thing to try would be to play with the stylesheets and page templates that are set up in Events Settings < Display:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/
Can you also point me to the page where you are seeing the issue?
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Omar,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I do not have a workaround for this issue right now, other than to manually add in the additional organizers once the event has been imported.
Thank you for your understanding in this process. Please let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Teresa,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, you should see Related Events in your Single Event View without having to add custom code. You can check out this setting by navigating to Events Settings < Display and make sure that the Hide Related Events box is unchecked and Save Changes.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
It sounds like you are having an issue with our Events Calendar plugin. You can post this issue on our WordPress.org forums so that we can better assist you there.
This functionality should work with your main calendar in month view, as I believe you are describing. If you have any further questions about Events Calendar PRO, let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Can you also send me a screenshot of how that ticket is configured in the Edit Event page in the back end? I’d like to try to replicate things on my end as well.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Erica,
I’m assisting you on your other thread, so I’m going to go ahead and close out this duplicate thread.
See you over there!

KeymasterHi Erica,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
If you go to Events Settings < Additional Fields, you can add a text field there which can be added to all of your future events.
As far as current/past events go, you can go in and edit those events and add that text in. The field will already exist there, you just need to add the text and save changes.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterUnfortunately, it will not work for a search like this. You can select events individually and enter the URL and import them that way.
For example, this event was located in that search: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/atlanta-digital-marketing-conference-registration-42970353484?aff=es2 and I could import it using the Eventbrite Tickets plugin.
Does that make sense? Let me know if you need any further clarification!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for providing me with that information!
I have set up a scheduled import for that feed and imported 15 events on the initial import. Here is what my preview looks like before importing:

I’m not seeing any duplicates here, do you normally see duplicates show up here?
Can you point me to which events import with the wrong timezone? As a first step, you may want to take a look at your WordPress Timezone Settings under Settings < General and see if they are set properly.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
