    Hi Daniel,

I’m glad you were able to narrow things down and find the root of the conflict.

You can try adding the snippet provided in the following forum thread where a user reported the same issue:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/conflict-with-post-types-order-events-out-of-order/

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Great, glad to hear it!

    Thank you for your response.

If you revert to a previous version of Events Calendar PRO, like version 4.4.19, do you still see the issue?

You can find previous versions on your Downloads page.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Steve,

Okay, I see.  What do you have your End of Day cutoff set to, under Events Settings < General?  If it is after midnight, I’d recommend moving it back and seeing if the events still shift forward.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: PROBLEM TO ENABLING PERMALINKS #1453382

Great, thank you for that information.

And what method are you using to display the calendar on your homepage?

Here are the methods we recommend for doing this:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-make-your-calendar-your-sites-home-page/

If you remove the calendar from your homepage, does the issue resolve itself?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Missing ticket type from CSV export #1453376

    Hi Calum,

Thanks for checking back in.  We are currently discussing this issue on our team and working on releasing it very soon.

This thread will be notified when a fix has become available.

You may also want to try the workaround provided by another user in the following forum post, though I can’t make any guarantees:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ticket-choice-not-displaying-in-attendee-csv-export-after-update/

Thank you for your patience, and feel free to check back in with any further questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

in reply to: Filter Bar Date Picker Conflict #1453373

    Hi Lauren,

The date range that is showing that way because of the way you have your recurring events set up.  For example, there is an event from July 2017 to June 2018, so if you select today, it technically is occurring today, which is why that event shows up.

You do have the option to show fewer (or more) events in Photo View, by going to Events Settings < General and changing that first setting.

You can also hide the text with that range in it if you’d like.  Let me know and I’d be happy to assist.

    Let me know your thoughts!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: "View All Events" link not working properly #1453368

    Hi John,

I definitely see that things are not working as expected on your site, although I am unable to replicate the issue on my own site.

Have you made any changes to the Tribe Bar (search bar) at the top of the calendar?  It seems set on February (or the current month) and I’m wondering if that may be the issue.  Can you try disabling it, or restoring it to its original form and see if that resolves the issue?

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Import Issues #1453364

    Hi Patrick,

Okay, in that case, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Event Venue showing as broken link to 404 error page #1453363

    Hi Katherine,

Thanks for providing me with all of that information.

If you head to Events Settings < Default Content, do you have a default venue set?  Also, is “Divi” set up as a venue, if you look at your venues?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Your preview doesn't have any records to import. #1453339

    Hi Michael,

Thanks so much for providing me with all of that information.

I tried importing these links and they seemed to work for me, so let’s start by exploring some things on your site.

As a first step, what do you have your Import Date Range Limit set to in Events Settings < Imports?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Output list of all aggregator scheduled imports #1453330

In order to take a look at how things work behind the scenes, you can try running a query in your database like this: SELECT * FROM wp_posts WHERE post_type='tribe-ea-record'

This will give you some more information about your imports and their sources.

I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Having problems with Google Calendar imports #1452692

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for your response.  I have your calendar set up as a scheduled import on my test site and will continue to monitor for any duplicates.  If you could do the same, and let me know when something unusual occurs, I can check if I see the same results.

I have run your calendar through an iCal Validator and there is an error related to the organizer field not being filled in.  Can you try adding that in and see if it helps?

Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
