    While trying to fetch todays events, every single event comes up with a fetch error of “Your preview doesn’t have any records to import.”

    How do we work around this?

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

    Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

    Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

    Thanks so much for providing me with all of that information.

    I tried importing these links and they seemed to work for me, so let’s start by exploring some things on your site.

    As a first step, what do you have your Import Date Range Limit set to in Events Settings < Imports?

    Hi Michael,

    Are these scheduled imports or one-time imports?  Can you take a screenshot of how you have your import set up when you get this error?

    Can you also take a screenshot, or let me know what your import settings are under Events Settings < Imports?

    As I mentioned, I imported these URLs without issue, so I’d like to try to replicate the situation that you are seeing on your end.

    also it says that I am connected to Facebook for 4 more weeks. I do not pull events from any other source

    Hi Michael,

    Have you ever been able to make this work with Facebook or did it stop working at some point?

    Can you take a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status under Events < Help?  It should look something like this:

    Can you also try disconnecting your Facebook API and reconnecting?
