KeymasterHi Orla,
Thanks for reaching out here as well!
In my other reply, I mentioned running through our testing for conflicts procedure as a first step.
In addition, one thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
You can also alter the ticket stock on the Edit Event page, where you edit your ticket.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ricky,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind providing me with a screenshot or a link to the page that you are referring to so that I can offer you some more specific advice?
You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Orla,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In order to change the subject line of your tickets emails, try the snippet provided in the following forum thread:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/change-email-subject-line/
As far as your other issue goes, are you saying that the ticket stock does not decrease? Where does the attendee information not show up, where it used to show up?
In any case, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out again here!
You can add the Cost field to the Filter Bar by going to Events Settings < Filters and checking the Cost filer from the left. It will then appear on the list of Active Filters on the right.
Let me know if you have any further questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sam,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
1) A user can book a block of classes (which gets a discount) Eg – a Week long event.. So ability to book individual days or Mon to Friday = 20% off
This may not be possible with Event Tickets Plus alone, but can possibly be achieved with the addition of a third-party plugin, like WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts. Of course, you can also simply utilize WooCommerce Coupons and provide customers who purchase a block of classes with a coupon code. Or you can create a separate ticket that encompasses the 5-day event itself, instead of purchasing 5 separate tickets. This configuration can be done with our plugins alone.
2) Blocks of classes that automatically deduct the amount and dates available. Eg a block of ten classes that run every monday at £5 per class = £50 …. then next week that reduces to 9 weeks and by £5 etc.
This functionality is not available automatically with our plugins, but it may be possible with some custom code. Our plugins are highly customizable, and our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-paty developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
3) The ability to add on supplemental hours to an event. Eg a normal class is 9am- 4.30pm. Parents can pay an extra sum to extend the hours in the morning or evening. 8am – 4.30pm or 5.30 pm.
You can achieve this by creating additional tickets with the supplemental hours added on to it.
Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Richard,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
There isn’t really an easy way to achieve this, but I do have a few suggestions for you:
- You can try searching for events with different filters (ie venue, organizer, etc.)
- You can use a third-party plugin, like Bulk Delete, to remove duplicate posts
- You can change your Screen Options at the top of your Events page on the backend to see more events at once, to potentially make it easier to scan through events
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Given that you are transferring from an old version of our previous plugin, all fields may not be able to transfer properly. You can try to export the tickets in WordPress with all of the fields intact, and then import them back in after you have properly de-activated WooTickets and activated Event Tickets Plus. You can use this article to see more about CSV file examples:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/#tickets-fields
Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi John,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can try adding the snippet provided in the following forum post to add the venue to the tooltip:

Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Steve,
I tried to replicate this issue with my own Google Calendar and test site setup, but events import as expected. Can you try updating your WordPress version and Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions.
You can also change the Event Update Authority to “Do not re-import events…” so that events don’t change timezone upon re-import.
Also, do you see the same issue with a bare WordPress set-up (default WordPress theme and only Events Calendar plugin)?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Steve,
It looks like the calendar is set to GMT, even though your site is not, which is why you are seeing that it is 5 hours later. Can you check your timezone settings in Google Calendar to see what timezone it is set to?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Stuart,
Thank you for reaching back out. I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue again.

KeymasterHi Michael,
Are these scheduled imports or one-time imports? Can you take a screenshot of how you have your import set up when you get this error?
Can you also take a screenshot, or let me know what your import settings are under Events Settings < Imports?
As I mentioned, I imported these URLs without issue, so I’d like to try to replicate the situation that you are seeing on your end.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
