KeymasterHi Michael,
Have you ever been able to make this work with Facebook or did it stop working at some point?
Can you take a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status under Events < Help? It should look something like this:

Can you also try disconnecting your Facebook API and reconnecting?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Richard,
Perhaps I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to achieve. Would you mind providing me with some screenshots?
Are you looking to add tickets to events from Facebook and Meetup after they are imported?
If so, you can edit these events in their Edit Event page and add necessary information there.
Can you also provide me with the URLs that you are trying to import, if you think that something may not be working properly on your end, so that I can do some testing as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jenny,
Great, thanks for providing me with that info.
Can you point me to an event where you are seeing this issue?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ricky,
I’m not seeing any screenshot attached. Would you mind re-including it?

KeymasterHi Bruce,
You can offer discounts on products with your current setup by offering customers a coupon code through WooCommerce.
Alternatively, you can try to integrate a third-party plugin like WooCommerce Product Bundles.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Derek,
I’m not seeing a screenshot attached, would you mind re-including it so that I can target the text that you are referring to?
A link to the page would be helpful as well if you are able to include that.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOne thing you can try is to use your tribe_events shortcode page as your homepage. You can set the front page to TEST and leave post page blank for now.
Let me know how this goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
I’m sorry to hear that the workaround did not resolve your issue. I’m going to add this thread to the bug report so that you will be notified when a fix has been released.
In the meantime, I’d recommend altering the page templates and stylesheets that you are using, as that seemed to get you closer to achieving what you were looking to achieve on your site.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in this process. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Didier,
Thanks for providing such a detailed response. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the behavior that you are describing following the steps that you provided.
Can you try doing this instead and let me know if you still see the same issue:
- Add new event
- Create a new ticket, with the option “Share capacity with other tickets” => and put 10 for example. and save the event
- Modify the ticket with the option “Set capacity for this ticket only” => 10 should already auto-fill that box, so don’t change anything there
- Save Changes to ticket and Update page
Let me know if you see the same results!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Omar,
Can you provide me with a URL to one of your imports where you are seeing this issue? I’d like to see if I can replicate the situation you are referring to, so that I can give you some more specific advice.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

February 15, 2018 at 7:07 am in reply to: How to change the font of event info on event page #1454133Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Derek,
Thanks for reaching out again!
You can add in the font-family that you’d like to change it to in your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet.
For example, you can add in something like this:
div.tribe-events-single-section.tribe-events-event-meta.primary.tribe-clearfix {
font-family: Geneva;
}Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Bruce,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You are seeing that alert because recurring events are currently not supported by Event Tickets. In order to add tickets for each of your recurring events separately, you can create a recurring events series, and then break events from series, and create individual tickets for those events.
You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
You can hide the available tickets by adding the following CSS to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet:
span.tribe-tickets-remaining {
display:none;
}Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
