ParticipantHi,
I’m using Event Caldendar PRo & Ticket+ and Woocommerce to book courses. I was using another plugin and stopped it last week because your plugin is really better 😉
Firstly, I created all the events with a capacity of 10 tickets. (about 90 events)
Secondly, I stopped my old booking plugin and manually modify the capacity in my Events, to adjust the capacity to the reallity (for example, 9 tickets were sold with my old plugin, so I modified the capacity of my event 10 => 1).In Woocommerce the stock is ok. In the event details, it’s ok… but it doesn’t work every time in the “Liste view” of my calendar : Sometines I got 10 more tickets available ! (11 instead on 1, 20 instead of 10, …)
Sometimes in the ticket option “Share capacity with other tickets” was firstly selected and I’ve changed to ” Set capacity for this ticket only” when I did the switch. Is it why works sometimes and sometimes not ?
I made some captures (example of 1 ticket left… 11 tickets in the “list view”
Any idea to fix it?
Best regards

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Can you also send me a screenshot of how that ticket is configured in the Edit Event page in the back end? I’d like to try to replicate things on my end as well.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantThank you for your answer.
What I’ve done :Bad News :
1/ Change my theme (switch for Twenty thirteen => Same bug
2/ Disable all plugins (except Event Calendar, Calendar+, Tickets and Tickets+, Woocommerce) => same bugGood News :
I know how to replicate the bug !
1/ Add new event
2/ Create a new ticket, with the option “Share capacity with other tickets” => and put 10 for example. and save the event
3/ Modify the ticket with the option “Set capacity for this ticket only” => 10 for example, save your ticket and the Event,In the list view you got 20 tickets ! But if you click to see the Event, you only have 10 tickets available.
The only way to have the good informations displayed is to delete the ticket and create a new one, with the “Set capacity for this ticket only” option.
Can you replicate this ?
Didier

ParticipantMore informations…
I made a capture of one ticket (see the attached file).
You can see on my website the event is sold out (http://www.mt71.fr/v2/event/mise-a-jour-des-competences-sauveteur-secouriste-du-travail-macon?tickets_process=#buy-tickets) , but there’s 10 tickets lefts shown on the list view (it’s the first event in the list 26 february => http://www.mt71.fr/v2/events/liste )
Thanks

KeymasterHi Didier,
Thanks for providing such a detailed response. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the behavior that you are describing following the steps that you provided.
Can you try doing this instead and let me know if you still see the same issue:
- Add new event
- Create a new ticket, with the option “Share capacity with other tickets” => and put 10 for example. and save the event
- Modify the ticket with the option “Set capacity for this ticket only” => 10 should already auto-fill that box, so don’t change anything there
- Save Changes to ticket and Update page
Let me know if you see the same results!
Thanks,
Jaime
