KeymasterHi Jonathan,
I’m sorry to hear you are being impacted by this issue as well.
Unfortunately, I can confirm this is a bug on our end and our developers are already working on it.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
In the meantime, downgrading The Events Calendar to our previous version solves the issue. Here’s a guide on how to do that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this. Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Susan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Where are you not seeing the attendee information appear? Does this occur on the tickets when you add 1 to your cart?
Can you take a screenshot of how the tickets are set up on the backend so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jamison,
Thanks for reaching out and for your feedback!
Basically you can use a license on only one site at a time, meaning the functionality will only work on one site at a time.
So if you are no longer using Event Tickets Plus on your other sites, you can move that license to the site that needs it. Otherwise, they cannot be reused.
Let me know if you need any further clarification on this issue!
Thanks,
Jaime

You can try the following extension to help you dequeue some of your scripts:

We do have a setting for Google Map default zoom level. It can be found under Settings > General > Map Settings (see screenshot below)

Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Daniel,
Do you know when you see this error? In other words, is this error triggered with recurring events, map view, etc.?
Does rolling back to 4.4.18 resolve this issue?
Also, can you try updating to the latest release of our plugin to see if that helps?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime
