Attendee Information Fields

We created an event, and would like to add some questions to purchasers.
Do you need handicap parking
Do you have your own bible
Do you use FaceBook

We used the Attendee information option, but this repeats these questions for every ticket purchased. If a family buys 4 tickets we want these fields only to appear once, not 4 times.

We need to be able to ask these and have attached to the ticket order,

Please advise if this can be done with stock module or if custom code is required. If custom how much would this cost?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

This isn’t really possible to achieve out of the box.  However, instead of using attendee information to ask these questions (which will display once per ticket), you can try to add a third-party plugin form to this page in order to display that information only once.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
