KeymasterHi Grégoire,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
This is definitely not expected behavior.
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ashley,
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
Just to recap, new tickets that are created are working as expected, however old tickets are not. Is that correct?
As far as the old tickets go, recreating the event and moving the ticket is the best way to go. You can duplicate the event using a third-party plugin, like Post Duplicator and move the ticket to the new post.
Once there, make sure that your tickets are correct, including the fact that they are not marked as sharing capacity if that is not something you want.
Before doing all of this, I’d recommend creating a backup of your site, just in case.
Let me know if you have any specific questions about moving the tickets and let me know how it all goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Pau,
Thanks for providing me with that information. You can compare your template overrides for those files with the original files in our plugin and see what changes may have been made. From there, you can try adding back in the code that may be missing to see if that brings back the navigation.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks for providing me with that information.
Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue database error on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Derek,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, please make sure that all of your Events Calendar related plugins are up to date.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Pau,
Unfortunately it is difficult for me to assist in restoring these links without getting some more information, but I will try to point you in the right direction. Have you made changes to the plugin code, or added a customization to the plugin files, which may have caused this functionality to disappear?
You can find the the code for the navigation in the plugin files by going to events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/photo
You can see the navigation there in /nav.php and the navigation is added in /content.php
Also, our Themer’s Guide can give you some more advice on how to copy and edit our plugin files.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Melissa,
In order to display Organizes in a photo type view, you can try utilizing the following resources:
You can also try to change the layout of the table using some CSS to achieve the design that you are looking for.
I would not be able to assist further with this customization, as support for customizations is limited as stated in our support policy.
You can also hide Organizers that do not have events currently by add empty=”no” to your shortcode.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Thomas,
I also wanted to add that the following article may be able to provide a bit more insight on this issue as well:

KeymasterHi Kelly,
Would you mind opening up a separate thread, so that we can provide you with some more personalized support there?
Once there, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
