Method to Generate a Refund for Event Tickets Purchased?

Hello, I am using your Event Tickets Plus for a charity auction. I am still new to the software and am trying to learn all of it’s features.

We have some people who purchased tickets via the plugin (using WooCommerce, PayPal and Stripe for the payment gateways) but now are seeking a refund as they bought too many tickets. What is the process to refund ticket purchases within your plugin? Is there documentation on how to do this?
