KeymasterHi Chieko,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you please update your Events Calendar related plugins and see if that helps to resolve the issue?
Also, this snippet only works to add a phone number for Tickets, not RSVPs.
You could create a free ticket (once your Event Tickets Plus functionality returns) and get the phone number to appear that way.
If you go to Events Settings < Licenses, do you see your Event Tickets Plus license entered there with Valid Key?
You can also try removing the license and then re-add and Save Changes
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Derek,
Thanks for your feedback.
Another option would be for you to install the third-party plugin, Health Check, which can mimic a bare WordPress install while your site visitors still see your site the way that it normally appears.
This is just to rule out a conflict somewhere, and I’d like to be thorough and make sure that we address any potential issue.
I will also try to replicate this issue on my own test site once I have those screenshots from you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Zubin,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You can add attendees manually via WooCommerce, and then manually reduce the ticket totals, so that everything is consistent. The attendees will show up in the attendees list.
Alternatively, you can create a user for your attendees, and use the third-party plugin, User Switching, to purchase the ticket on the front-end for your attendees.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

Shipping charges are generally controlled by your WooCommerce (or other e-commerce solution) settings.
If you have any other Event Tickets related questions, please open a new thread in our WordPress.org forums.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
Can you try reverting back to 4.6.7 and then creating a new import. Does that import work as expected?
If not, can you provide me with an example of one of the URLs that you are having difficulties with?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alicia,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what one of your tickets looks like on the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Derek,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I see what you mean here, can you take a screenshot of the other part of those tickets as well? Above where the ticket field sets are?

KeymasterHi Leon,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Do you have a large number of events on your site?
You may want to consider reducing the Clean up recurring events after and Create recurring events in advance for settings under Events Settings < General.
You may also want to take a look at our Performance Considerations and see if that helps as well:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
Let me know how that goes!

Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Derek,
Thank you for your feedback.
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
I can see that you have had a number of failed imports over the past few months, however I’m seeing some successful imports from yesterday. Although I’m assuming they are manual imports, correct?
For the events that have errors listed in your Event Log, can you take a screenshot of what one of them looks like on the backend?
Also, are you seeing anything in your debug log?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime
April 12, 2018 at 4:50 am in reply to: Event Calendar Slow Loading. We have tried everything to speed it up. #1505302Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Cory,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
First off, it’s worth mentioning that with events that have custom recurrence rules do tend to slow things down, more so that other events.
It looks like an event on 4/11 may be causing some slowness, is there an event there that you can delete or change (since it has passed)?
Do you have any caching (specifically object caching) set up on your site?
I would also recommend updating your plugins to the latest versions, as performance considerations have been taken into account in newer versions.
One more thing to look at is your settings for event cleanup. What do you have set up for Clean up recurring events after under Events Settings < General?
Let me know how all of that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Liesel,
Thanks for providing me with that information!
Can you take a screenshot of how that recurring event looks on the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my end as well?
To answer your question about the separator, there is typically a separator between the events in month view, but the theme does affect the styling of the calendar to some degree. Can you try adjusting the Default stylesheet used for events templates and Events template settings under Events > Settings > Display and see if that makes a difference?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Elena,
After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for.
The template that is used to view a logged-in user’s events is community/event-list.php
If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we <i>may</i> be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
April 12, 2018 at 4:24 am in reply to: "View More…" on List view not taking me to specified Categories #1505271Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Shelley,
Thanks for providing me with that information. When I use that shortocde, and View More, I am taken to a view (in my case, Month View) that contains all of my events, within that category.
It sounds like you are seeing all of your events, regardless of category. Is that correct?
If so, I would again encourage you to update your plugins to ensure that the plugin functionality is working as it should.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime
