KeymasterHi Eddie,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
Take a look at the events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/photo/single-event.php and you can copy that template and then remove the excerpt from there.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kasper,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also, what do you mean when you say that the event is not working? Is it not saving? Do you get an error message?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

You can display one month by setting up something like this:
[tribe_events view="month" date="2018-06"]Here is more information on our shortcodes:

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?

KeymasterHi Michelle,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We have an extension so that you can choose where to redirect users after submitting an event. You can create a custom page with your desired message there.

Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Ana,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can add an image to the ticket in WooCommerce < Products and that image will show up in the cart as desired.
Where are you looking to change the reference number? If you provide a screenshot, I can give some more specific advice.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi William,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Using WordPress’s export tool, you should be able to export your Additional Fields when you select Events to export.
Unfortunately, there is no way to export those Additional Fields as a separate file.
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Liesel,
Thanks for providing me with that information. I was not able to replicate the issue that you are seeing. For example, I set up a daily, recurring event that occurred for a few days. Then I made a change to the time of the event (which changed the time for all of the days of the event). The events stayed in the correct order within the day. Am I missing anything here?

Creating a conditional separator is going to be a bit more complicated. Please also note that support for customizations is limited as stated in our support policy. I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Christopher,
I just test this functionality on my own site and things seem to be working as expected. Would you mind taking some screenshots of what you are seeing, so that I can get a better idea of what we are working with?

KeymasterHi Kathy,
You can do exactly that with WooCommerce products. With WooCommerce Products, you would not have to purchase any add-ons and users can purchase tickets and products together, which would both appear on their cart and checkout pages.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Bill,
It sounds like things are working again, is that correct?
We did not go in and fix anything, but perhaps an update or another change resolved the issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Edward,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can set up a recurring event for every 2 weeks, creating something like the following:

Let me know if that helps!
