Ticket image and ref number

Hi,
I am using event tickects plus and i want my client to see the image of the event in the ticket before the purchase. I alread upload the event image in the ticket definition but it doenst show ahead when before the client finish the purchase. I send a print screen of this.

Also, how is it possible to change the ref number and put a new code so we can identifify the purchase, as we have diferent events at once?

Hi Ana,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can add an image to the ticket in WooCommerce < Products and that image will show up in the cart as desired.

Where are you looking to change the reference number?  If you provide a screenshot, I can give some more specific advice.
