KeymasterHi Edward,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can set up a recurring event for every 2 weeks, creating something like the following:

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Edward,
Can you try changing your Series End date to a day in the future? Right now, it seems that it is set to start and end on the same day (April 17).
As far as your account issue, can you contact [email protected]?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Edward,
In the screenshot you provided, the start and end date of the series were both 4/17, as seen here:

What is the name of that event, so that I can also take a look at it on your front end and see which event you are referring to?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Edward,
Would you mind taking a screenshot of what the event looks like now on the backend? Unfortunately I’m not able to replicate this issue, as I just tested the functionality.
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Edward,
Looking back on the most recent screenshot you sent, the event should be configured so that the first event date is the same. Then you can add additional dates after that, but there should not be a date range within that first date. Does that make sense?
Unfortunately, I’m unable to view the video for some reason, would you mind resending the link?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Edward,
Unfortunately I still cannot view the video.
In any case, looking back on the most recent screenshot you sent, the event should be configured so that the first event date is the same. Then you can add additional dates after that, but there should not be a date range within that first date. Does that make sense?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
