    Hi,

    I have a question about if I were to use Events Tickets Plus with WooCommerce.

    I’ve seen elsewhere that there is no way to manually add an attendee to an event.

    But, if I were to manually add a new order via WooCommerce, with the ticket as a product, would that customer show up properly in the attendee list for the event? Would the total ticket numbers properly decrease?

    Hi Zubin,

    Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

    You can add attendees manually via WooCommerce, and then manually reduce the ticket totals, so that everything is consistent.  The attendees will show up in the attendees list.

    Alternatively, you can create a user for your attendees, and use the third-party plugin, User Switching, to purchase the ticket on the front-end for your attendees.

    Is this something that will be updated in future releases? I feel the ability to manually add someone in on the attendee side (maybe they are paying vs check or just being given a free ticket) is much easier for users who might not be proficient in woordpress/woocommerce and also having to remember to adjust the quantity available.

    Thank you for your feedback.  Unfortunately, at this time, the only ways to add attendees manually are the ways that I outlined.
