How to add phone numbers to attendee list?

I added this snipet to my Wordprss theme’s funciton.php but it doesn’t work.

Add Phone Numbers to the Attendee Report

I have a license of ticket plus but I’m using RSVP ticket only.
and just realized that the [+New Ticket] button is grayed out and un-clickable.

Can you use the snipet to RSVP ticket?
Why the [+New Ticket] button is grayed out?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, can you please update your Events Calendar related plugins and see if that helps to resolve the issue?

Also, this snippet only works to add a phone number for Tickets, not RSVPs.

You could create a free ticket (once your Event Tickets Plus functionality returns) and get the phone number to appear that way.

If you go to Events Settings < Licenses, do you see your Event Tickets Plus license entered there with Valid Key?

You can also try removing the license and then re-add and Save Changes

I understand that the snippet is not for RSVP.

I updated WordPress and Events Calendar related plugins.
I also tried removing the license of ticket plus and then re-add and Save Changes.
Still, the [+New Ticket] button is grayed out and un-clickable.
