KeymasterHi Bahman,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Troy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m assuming that your event has passed, but I’d love to assist you in troubleshooting this issue for future check-ins.
What method are you using to check in your attendees?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

The following article can provide a bit more insight on how import limits work:

KeymasterHi Rachel,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. For now, the best places to check in on the status of our plugin’s access to Facebook are here and here.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Anders,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind linking me to the discount that you are referring to? If we do have a renewal discount in effect, I can try to extend that discount to you.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Oliver,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for.
If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we may be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

Would you mind providing me with some screenshots of what you are seeing? Specifically, can you show me what you mean by the button turning blue? Is this something that changes when some is checked in, or not checked in?
In the meantime, I’d recommend going through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Edward,
In the screenshot you provided, the start and end date of the series were both 4/17, as seen here:

What is the name of that event, so that I can also take a look at it on your front end and see which event you are referring to?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kathy,
You can sell your tickets from the WooCommerce product page, which we usually hide. This way, users can view the additional products side-by-side with the tickets. You can use the customizations provided in the following tutorial to assist with that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/selling-tickets-from-the-woocommerce-products-page/
Another option would be a WooCommerce extension, like Chained Products, so that you can connect the ticket and the products together.
https://woocommerce.com/products/chained-products/
For further questions on WooCommerce products, I’d recommend reaching out to WooCommerce Support.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Austin,
Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately I’m not aware of any plugins that have this exact functionality.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Liesel,
I’m still unable to replicate this issue. Again, to clarify, this is your setup:
Event 1: Recurring Event Monday-Friday 9am-12pm
Event 2: Recurring Event Monday-Friday 9am-12pm
Make a change (like change description) to Event 1, and it goes below Event 2. Is that correct?
Can you take some screenshot of how these events are set up?
In the meantime, I’d recommend going through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Zubin,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, at this time, the only ways to add attendees manually are the ways that I outlined.
I see that you have already contributed to the Feature Request for this idea, and we appreciate that!
Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Edward,
Can you try changing your Series End date to a day in the future? Right now, it seems that it is set to start and end on the same day (April 17).
As far as your account issue, can you contact [email protected]?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
Basically the goal here is just for me to confirm that this issue is present on the latest version of our plugin. I cannot guarantee that I can provide a resolution to this issue.
Please also note that support for theme conflicts is limited as stated in our support policy.
You may also want to reach out to your theme developers in the meantime to see if they have any solutions for you on this issue as well.
Thanks,
Jaime
