    Hello!

    First off, thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! You would need to go and overwrite each nav.php template for each view to have any effect on the previous/next events navigation. Another option would be to “hide” the previous/next events pagination using CSS. Refer to this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video on how to identify CSS classes/IDs and apply those changes to wherever you manage CSS.

    Please review our Stylesheets and Page Templates tutorial for more information on CSS instructions.

    I’d be happy to help look into this issue. Before we go any further, I’ll need you to review the Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find. Please include your System Information as a private reply.

    Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

    Welcome back,

    I see in your System Information you have PRO and Filter Bar versions 4.3.4 and 4.3.5 for TEC. Can you please update to the most recent versions available, then test again with your site in the state outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide while ensuring WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file?

    Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

    My last question: are the issues you’re experiencing now the same issues you were experiencing back when you initially opened a thread about it back in November?

    Rest assured we’ll find out if you’re either being affected by a known issue or if there is something we’re unaware of. Please note that you need to be testing with the default WP theme and only our plugins active. We aren’t able to provide support for conflicts with either custom themes or plugins by other authors.

    Thank you for posting about the issue and sorry to see you’re having troubles. Can you clarify whether this behavior is occurring on the Community Events Add Event form, the back end when adding/editing an event, or both?

    At this time, it is not possible to have multiple categories in the shortcode, but as I mentioned in my previous response, I logged a report for the developers to review.

    My pleasure! I’d honestly not even mess around with WP Super Cache, especially if you’re on shared hosting which it sounds you are. But I’m glad you’ve at least identified the source of conflict and have a good week ahead!

    Hello and thank you for the update. I understand these tasks can be daunting, so it’s always best to try them out on a test site before doing so on your live site to see the full effects in case anything goes wrong.

    There are plenty of affordable developers available for hire in these instances, so if you go that route just be sure to fully vet the potential candidate prior to agreeing on anything.
