    Are you referring to when an organizer adds an event through the submit event form or rather when a customer is purchasing a ticket and checking out through your website? Let me know if this makes sense and have a good evening.

    We are always working towards improving how our plugins perform. With that said, your assumption is correct. I see a few tickets relating to address duplicate venues, cities, states, etc. I’ve gone ahead and linked this thread to the logged tickets. Stay tuned to your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for feature and maintenance release info.

    At this time, I don’t have a solution or workaround until we can come up with a fix in an upcoming release. My apologies I can’t be of more assistance and please feel free to respond back with any more questions or comments you might have.

    As previously mentioned, these types of conflicts and customizations extend beyond what we’re able to cover, but our KB resource titled ‘Using tribe_get_events‘ should get you started in the right direction.

    Welcome back Andrew,

    We are currently working on improving how our plugin handles large amounts of Facebook events. A lot has to do with your sever setup, caching, situation, etc, but I’ve attached this forum thread to the logged feature report. Stay tuned to your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for feature release info. I can tell you it’s currently “in-progress”, so that is a very good sign it’s coming out within a matter of weeks or months!

    Sorry I don’t have a better solution for you at this time, but try and identify Facebook event pages that have a lot of events and try and break it up for the time being. If this doesn’t work for your situation, we offer Refunds within 30 days of purchase date.

    I’m going to test the issue myself. I’ve grabbed one of the Facebook page IDs I see in the 2nd screenshot and am going to mimic the import rules you’ve got set up and see if I can replicate the issue.

    Hey Betsy,

    Welcome back! There is a “feature” found under Events > Settings > Display which might achieve what you’re looking for. Try selecting a different option, refresh your event page and see how they each look! (see screenshot below)

    More info can be found here.

    If that doesn’t work, this YouTube Video does a good job explaining how to identify classes/IDs and make changes using CSS. You’ll most likely need to apply the CSS changes to your “Theme Options” if your theme author included a similar “feature”.

    Unfortunately, I’m really not sure how the best way to go about this would be without having more information on your site. With that said, essentially anything is possible when you create custom templates as outlined in our Themer’s Guide. We also have a list of customizers that can help round off the features/functionality your end product needs.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but I don’t believe we have the functionality you need built into our plugins at this time, so anything additional will need to be handled by you. Thanks for understanding and let me know if you have any more questions. Cheers!
