Import Events from .csv Not Working

Hi there,

I am using the import feature for the first time. I have watched the tutorial and follow the instructions for file type etc. I was able to upload a .csv with the vendors without an issue. But now I’m trying to upload events and it’s not working for me. It allows me to go to the first step of matching fields but then after I match them and hit import I just get a blank white screen. I have tried several times. Can you take a look and see if you can figure out what’s happening? I have attached .csv I’m trying to import.

Hey Jessica,

Thank you for your patience while I did some testing with the provided .CSV file. I was able to successfully import the entire file you sent over, so I’m really not sure where the breakdown is. (see screenshot below)

I have the default Twenty Sixteen theme and only our plugins active during my testing, so you may want to try reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down the exact source of conflict. If you’re still having troubles, we’ve got a list of customizers that can help out.

Thanks for testing! Turns out I just needed to use Firefox as my browser–Safari wasn’t working. But I’ve got it, now.
