AJAX conflict with SearchWP Live Ajax Search

We are having an issue with a client who is using Events Calendar PRO for their websites. There appears to be an AJAX conflict between Events Calendar PRO and SearchWP Live Ajax Search (https://wordpress.org/plugins/searchwp-live-ajax-search/). At some point since 6/30/16, the conflict surfaced and the search doesn’t work properly when Events Calendar PRO is activated. Works fine when Events Calendar PRO is deactivated.

I see you’re running outdated versions of our plugins. Are you able to update to the latest versions and review our Testing for conflicts guide once more while testing for the issue?

Let me know how that goes. I do want to point out that we’re essentially helpless in these situations as it appears to be a conflict with a 3rd-party plugin which we’re unable to support. Thanks for understanding and have a good weekend. Cheers!

Thanks for your reply Hunter. We have actually tested the site in a staging area with all plugins fully updated and the conflict is still there so an outdated version of your plugins is definitely not the issue. Thanks.

This is unfortunately going to need to be addressed by you and your team. We aren’t able to support conflicts with other plugins barring extreme circumstances. Thank you for understanding and best of luck getting the plugins to play nicely.
