MemberHey Sandra,
Thank you for the kind words.
Well actually, you will still need Event Tickets Plus to be able to run Community Tickets as Community Tickets extends the functionality of Event Tickets Plus.
That being said, you are always entitled to a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ilkka and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I am wondering is there a way to add items to basket straight from the calender view. So it would not be necessary to go always to event and add to basket from there.
Yes, there is a way, but that will require a bit of template customization.
Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, I suggest looking at my colleague’s Geoff great post on a similar topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/woo-tickets-adding-add-to-cart-functionality-outside-of-event-page/
Can you limit the tickets available for one person. So to say, i have a quota for tickets but there should be also a limitation per person. For example only one person can buy one ticket?
Yes, but that would probably be achieved by a plugin for your favorite WordPress E-commerce solution.
Do you have plans making the tickets pro to support recurring events from events calender pro.
Yes, we have started work on this.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
The tickets should be personalized, for example, name and address on ticket. Is this possible?
Yes, you can add additional fields to capture for each ticket using the Event Tickets Plus
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Shannon and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the different behaviour of the list widget on mobile.
I would love to help you with this topic.As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Also, could you share the website’s URL so that I can run some tests.
Finally,
Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
Let me know how that goes.

We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I believe the best answer out there is the one from my awesome colleague Geoff: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/show-only-specific-date-range/

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the fact that you could not find clear instructions on our QR codes.
I would love to help you with this topic.You are almost there. For the scan functionality to work as a check-in, you absolutely need to be logged in to the website with a proper account.
Of course site admin works but you could customize the role required with a plugin such as Members.Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the events not showing up in your WordPress feed.
I would love to help you with this topic.Just to get started on the right foot, could you confirm if by feed you mean your site’s home page ?
Secondly, could you tell me which version of Events Calendar Pro you are using ?
Finally, could you tell me if the problem persists if you temporarily switch back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-fifteen ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Emily and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the events not lining up properly.
I would love to help you with this topic.That is a great question. There are a couple of different approaches you could take to solve that:
- You could us the excerpt field in the description to manually try to manage the description’s length
- You could use a CSS rule to hide everything beyond a certain length. Here’s an example of what that might look like:
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-photo-event .tribe-events-event-details {
max-height: 177px;
overflow: hidden;
}
Let me know how that goes.

MemberRebonjour Benjamin,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Jessica,
Thank you for providing your system information.
Based on what I am seeing, the only potential cause I see is that you might have some template customization that needs updating.
This is usually found in either the /tribe-events/ folder of your WordPress theme’s directory or in its functions.php file.You can do a quick test to see if the problem persists while you temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-fifteen.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Jeroen,
That is a very good point. However, I believe they do not work even without the style changes.
Looking at your website, I am seeing console errors. So it looks like there might be a theme or plugin conflict going on.
Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
