I am sorry to hear the fix is not working for you.
I went ahead and tried the updated versions myself (as well as trying to add and save tickets on pages, posts and custom post types).
In every case, I was successful.
So the good news is that in theory, we should be able to get your information working too.
Could you tell me what happens on your end ? Have you reactivated the custom post type under the “Tickets” type.
Also, could you tell me how you generated the custom post type ? I used the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator/
Finally, just to be extra safe, could you provide us with your latest system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
