MemberGood evening Andres and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your system information.
First off, we are sorry that you are upset about the delay responding to your inquiry. This was not intended on our end.
Just to set expectations moving forward, as per our support policy document, we try our best at answering customers within a 24 to 48 hours timeframe during business days.
That being said, I would love to help you with this topic.
To answer your questions:
Is neccesary to install another plugin?
yuEvents Tickets Plus extends Events Tickets, so yes it is necessary to have both in place.
However, as per your other question, it is not necessary to install the Events Calendar for the tickets plugins to work.
In the custom post type don’t works, in the post yes but not display nothing on screen.
I would love some clarifications on this specific point.
When you say it works, do you mean that the Tickets metabox appears in a normal post, but not in the custom post ? (when using the Add new action)
Could you share with me some screenshot links of the details of your custom post type (so that I can run tests on my end) – in a private reply if you prefer ?
Could you also share with me some screenshots of the step-by-step process you are using while creating tickets for a normal post as well a screenshot of the shortcode you are using to display the ticket ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood morning Andres,
Thank you for clarifying what you meant and for your invitation to log in to your website.
Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.
I am still looking forward to helping you figure things out on this one. However we will have to go with a slightly more indirect approach (as suggested in my previous answer – screenshots and configurations). You can use something like Dropbox or Google Drive to share your screenshots.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Andres,
Thank you for your answer and for the tests.
On my end, based on all your screenshots and system information, I was able to reproduce the custom post type not saving issue, but not the single post issue. The fact that the tickets are not saving for custom post types is a bug.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we made it one of our top priorities.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted as soon as a fix is released.
That being said, if that is useful to you, I can help you out in making the tickets appear properly in a normal post if you give me the URL of a test post containing that should display a ticket (as well as a screenshot of the detail of that ticket – the settings)
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Andres,
Thank you for the screenshots.
I just did a quick test on my end with similar settings and I was able to obtain the ticket metabox in the posts (entradas).
However, I am noticing that you still have your custom post type (eventos) checked (which I would remove since there is currently a bug with that).
If that still does not get the ticket box to appear in a normal post, could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
This is because it is possible that there is a conflict with either your WordPress theme OR with another plugin.
Let me know how that goes.
