MemberGood evening Boxchilli,
Thank you for the theme and for the test.
I tried the theme on my install and there is definitely a bug between your template customizations (the /tribe-events/ folder of your theme) and the latest versions of our plugins.
In other words, these customization would be to be removed or at least updated for things to work properly with that theme (including attendee information).
I could guide you through that if you want.Another option would be to find out if there was an update on that theme.
But, based on the fact that your attendee information is not showing up even when you are using a default WordPress theme, I am thinking there might be another conflict at play here.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Maddie and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing while trying to create recurring events with WPML installed. I would love to help you with this topic
As you found out, recurring event support is not fully functional with WPML yet. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have created.
The good news is that there is a manual workaround available for now and more importantly that we are in the final testing phases of releasing that feature.
If all goes well, this should be released in early October.
If you are interested in the manual workaround and are comfortable using phpMyAdmin, I would love to assist you with that.
Have a good week-end,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. That is a great question.
The short answer is yes, you can incorporate gift aid to your process. This is possible since all of the transactional side of things is handled by WooCommerce.
You could either use the following plugin (which would show up when the customer goes to the cart): https://wordpress.org/plugins/gift-aid-for-woocommerce/
Or try to incorporate it earlier using some template customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Secondly, could you please provide me with the calendar URL you are importing from ?
Finally, would it be possible to have a screenshot of your settings for your iCal import ?

MemberGood afternoon Alessandro and welcome back!
Thank you for writing back.
I am very sorry things did not go smoothly in regards to your translation files while updating the plugin.
You are correct, we did improve our translation files content in the last release.
It is not impossible that there might be a few glitches in there (which we are very interested in finding out and we apologize for). For one thing, although the .pot file was updated, it turns out that the Italian translation file for Event Tickets Plus and the Events Calendar were not. I’ll make sure I open a ticket to make this process more robust in the future.
Here’s a copy of all the latest versions of the Italian language files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xqrxixbaijbdjnw/Italian.zip?dl=0
Normally, these are also available here whenever something like this happens: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projectsFinally, there is also the option of simply updating the language files using the .pot file.
Here’s a tutorial on that topic if you are curious about this: http://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/translating/updating-a-translation-fileOne last thing, if you are using the /wp-content/languages/ to store your language files, please note that these do not get updated automatically when you upgrade the plugins.
You will have to update these manually from the .pot file every time.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood afternoon Jonathan,
That’s what I was afraid of.
At this point, aside from experimenting with downgrading (of the X theme, WPML and our plugins), there are unfortunately no true workaround for now (by the way the bug also exists with X 4.6.1). We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when fix is released.
Our hope is that the imminent release of our increased compatibility with WPML will help set the foundation to resolve this issue.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a good week-end,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing up in the front-end.
I would love to help you with this topic. Before we continue, I had to delete your credentials for security reasons. I would recommend sharing these only in private replies if possible. Furthermore, the credentials actually did not work when I tried them.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Just a reminder, to be able to show the add tickets option in the front-end, you need:
- the Events Calendar free plugin
- the Event Tickets free plugin
- our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on
- our Community Events premium plugin
- our Community Tickets premium plugin
If possible, could you also provide me with some dummy temporary credentials on your site so that I can try the Community Add functionality ?
Have a good week-end,

I would love to help you with this topic. This is a great question. The short answer is that unfortunately, there is currently not an option to do that built-in.
But with some customization, I am pretty sure that would be possible.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. As a starting point for that customization, we do have a plugin that notifies the Event Organizer every time there are new attendees: plugin
With that in mind, I can totally see how this would be a cool feature to have. In fact, you can suggest it or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum.

MemberGood evening Jay and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.can you insert the calendar into the top of a page? Not the widget the actual calendar, can you pit it on the top half of a wp page?
That is a great question. Currently, the short answer is no, unless you do some serious template customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
That being said, for our the Events Calendar Pro users, version 4.3 (which is just around the corner), will provide a new shortcode that lets you insert the full calendar in any page of your choice.
Stay tuned!
Best regards,
Geoff B.
