MemberGood evening Melanie,
Thank you for following up.
I am sorry I did not get back to you sooner. At the plugin’s author request, I ran a bunch of extra tests and on my end.
As it turns out, the attendee information does appear on the following emails:
- New Order – Customer
- Order Completed – Customer
- New customer order – Admin
I am thinking that perhaps there is a conflict with another snippet on your install ?
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there as we find out why this is not working properly on your end.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Doug,
Thanks to your information, I was able to spot and fix the issue immediately.
What is going on is that you have a “real” page called Events.
This is problematic since your calendar has to have complete exclusivity over the URL set under Events -> Settings -> General.
In this case, that meant that you had a page that was trying to use http://etruscanpress.org/dv/events/ which caused a conflict with our plugin.
You can either delete the Events page or use a different slug for it.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening and welcome back!
Thank you for your follow-up on this.
It is truly appreciated.I will relay your findings to DEV. However, in the meantime, please note that we did put in place a patch that solved the issue for some of our customers, but not for others.
We have a top priority ticket that should be part of the next Maintenance Release cycle.
Please keep us posted on your tests with item 2 for everybody’s benefit.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Bernhard,
I am quite taken aback that this yielded no results.
With that in mind, I scoured this thread and your dev environment in its most minute details.
I believe I have found something that had escaped my eye before: your .htaccess file is not writeable (probably because of file permissions).
As a result, permalinks cannot be rebuild when going to Settings > Permalinks.
To fix this, you need to: change the file permissions on your .htaccess file and re-save your permalinks.
Look carefully for any validation message after you save them.
I believe this should restore the page template once again.
Hang in there!

I would love to help you with this topic.Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
#tribe-events-bar #tribe-bar-form.tribe-bar-full .tribe-bar-filters {
display: none!important;
}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Rod and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I have a client that needs to sell events to consumers on his website, when sold on site, takes them to creating the event.
This is a very interesting project.
On our end, we do enable registered users to submit events via our Community Events plugin:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
This could most likely work in combination with a plugin such as https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/ or some equivalent plugin.
Basically, you would sell a one-time “membership” which would change that customer’s WordPress role.
This role should then be able to add Events via our plugin.
Once the event has been submitted, the subscription should end.On our end, you can customize the settings and views to your liking, should you want to.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
If coding is not really your thing, you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ian and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. Is there a shortcode that would work? Shortcodes are disabled in the EC free, so I can’t try it out.
Any thoughts or advice? You are right. Your best bet would be to use the shortcodes that come with the Events Calendar Pro: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
The other good news is that you can try it risk-free for 30 days.
This is due to our refund policy that lets you get a refund as long as are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
As an alternative a free, very basic shortcode plugin is available here:Â https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-shortcode/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the Google Map not displaying in single events.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is to deactivate the Event Rocket plugin.
Although this has been a great plugin, it is no longer maintained and is known to break features since 4.0.The good news is that many of it’s features are now a part of our other plugins.
Secondly, could you ensure you have a Google Maps API key set up as recommended here:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I can see the licence in my account, but in the downloads area I can’t see Event Aggregator available for me to download.
That is actually normal. There is no additional plugin to Download.
Event Aggregator is built-in our the Events Calendar plugin. To activate it, you simply need to enter Event Aggregator’s license in Events -> Settings -> Licenses
You can also read the following that walks you through the process:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Christophe,
Thank you for writing back and for those follow-up questions.
What is going on is that Avada offers custom styling of the sidebar for single events through it’s custom the Events Calendar styling interface (found in Avada > Theme options > the Events Calendar).
This helps you style the sidebar in the single event view.
However, these added CSS rules are not ported to the other views. This is why the sidebars look different.
The solution would be to look through Avada’s style.css file for every rule that contains body.has-sidebar.single-tribe_events
Once that is done, we want to make those rules applicable to other views by simply copying them over to your Custom CSS section and by removing the .single-tribe_events from the rule.
The resulting rule should look like this
body.has-sidebar #main .sidebar { width: 20%; }Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Chris,
Thank you for the files and the good words. It’s truly appreciated.
I have some good news, the 1.3 version of the PressEvent theme does not seem to have any type of conflict with our plugins.
That means that we need to find out why that is not the case on your installation.
To verify if you indeed have version 1.3 installed, you can simply head over to Appearance > Themes.
Once you are there, place your cursor over the PressEvent theme and click on “Theme details”.
Something else that might help is to head over to Settings > Permalinks.
Once there, simply click on “Save Changes”. This will rebuild your website permalinks.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
