MemberGood morning Zach and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.There are a couple of ways of changing the appearance of things.
- Head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and try different settings for the first option on that page
- Head over to Appearance > Customize and look for the Events Calendar section
- Try adding CSS rules to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-meta {
color: black;
}
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a fix for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
In the meantime, some of our customers have managed to get it partially working again by using CSS.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
#tribe-events-photo-events .tribe-events-photo-event {
position: relative !important;
float: left !important;
}The other alternative would be to temporarily downgrade to the previous version for both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar pro: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

With that in mind, this sometimes happen on certain sites. What is going on is that WPmail seems to be blocked at some level.
A lot of our customers have been able to get around this issue by simply installing a third-party plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Basically, that overrides WPmail completely and uses a legitimate SMTP address (with authentication) to send emails.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.There are a few ways to modify strings in our plugin.
The simplest way is the one found at the bottom of the following page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/But for tickets, depending on which string you want to change you might need to use another snippet.
Could you clarify for which screen you wish to change that string ?
Have a great day!

In the meantime, you can workaround this issue by downgrading to one of the following combinations:
- Event Tickets Plus 4.3.5
- Event Tickets 4.3.5
OR
- Event Tickets Plus 4.4.1
- Event Tickets 4.4.1
You can read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

MemberGood evening Steve,
I am sorry to hear that.
I believe you are on to something. It looks like there is something else at play here.
My best guess would be:
- A plugin upgrade glitch
- A plugin version mismatch
- A memory or timeout setting that require tweaking
- An upgrade to WordPress being necessary (4.4.2 being over a year old) – before doing that you should consider testing it on a staging site.
Here is a more forceful suggestion:
- Deactivate and delete both the Events Calendar (and the Events Calendar Pro if it’s still there) – this will not delete any event data
- Download the very last the Events Calendar version and install it as if it was new
- Activate the Events Calendar.
- Try installing the latest version of the Events Calendar Pro
If you can get things to at least step 3.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know how that goes.
