    It’s another urgent problem because we can’t schedule tickets to switch from Early Bird pricing to regular pricing at midnight.

    Please address this ASAP, thank you.

    First off, I want to apologize for the delay answering back.
    We have been experiencing a very volume of requests.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
    We are actively working on a fix for this.

    Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.

    But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.

    In the meantime, you can workaround this issue by downgrading to one of the following combinations:

    1. Event Tickets Plus 4.3.5
    2. Event Tickets 4.3.5

    OR

    1. Event Tickets Plus 4.4.1
    2. Event Tickets 4.4.1
