    Posting this as a separate thread per Cliff’s advice.

    Events are not showing in the Photo View calendar, which is the default for one of our sites. I have set the default to List for now, and attached a screenshot. This is ECP 4.4.3 running on WP 4.7.3.

    Also noticed these error log entries after turning on debug, which seem to be triggered by any page request:

    `[Tue Mar 07 15:46:40.927370 2017] [:error] [pid 24206] [client 66.102.238.116:56367] the-events-calendar/common – Log: Initializing Tribe Events on Mar, 7th at 08:03:40 pm, referer: http://piedmontvirginian.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

    Thanks for any help,

    Good morning Dennis and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
    We are actively working on a fix for this.

    Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.

    But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.

    In the meantime, some of our customers have managed to get it partially working again by using CSS.

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    #tribe-events-photo-events .tribe-events-photo-event {
    position: relative !important;
    float: left !important;
    }

    The other alternative would be to temporarily downgrade to the previous version for both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar pro: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

    Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Hello!

    I wanted to post a quick note here that we have published a new Maintenance Release today that should address some of the problems with the Photo View reported in this thread.

    You can read about the details of this release here → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-4-4-4-event-tickets-4-4-4-premium-add-ons/

    I hope this update helps!

    If issues persist, open a new thread in the forums and be sure to include your site’s complete, un-edited “System Information” as per the instructions in this knowledgebase guide.

    Cheers,
    George

    I did not add the CSS but did update EC and ECP to 4.4.4 today — but the Photo View display issue is still there. Should I try adding the CSS you suggested in addition to updating?

    Good morning Dennis,

    Thank you for writing back to us and we are sorry about the delay answering back.
    We are currently experiencing a much higher level of requests than usual.

    With that in mind, I am a little taken aback that the update did not solve things for you and would like to make sure we get to the bottom of this with you.

    It looks like you did try the CSS since you last wrote.
    It is certainly not awesome, but definitely a step in the right direction.

    There are a couple of other things I would like to suggest. Please head over to Events -> Settings -> Display

    1. Try different settings for Default stylesheet used for events templates and see if that helps
    2. Try different settings for Events Template and see if that helps

    If none of that works, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
    This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    Hang in there!
    Geoff B.

    Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
