MemberGood evening Lisa,
I believe the issue has to do with the SSL connection with GoDaddy (port 465).
Switching to a non-encrypted email and using port 80 seems to be working. You can now try again to see if the ticket sends when the order status is changed to “complete”.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Jared,
I am super stoked that you found the cause of the issue.
I believe you are right.
I noticed that there was mixed content issues (https and http) in the Google Console while visiting that page. This has a history of creating issues.
There is even a plugin to help in case there is anything left you are unsure about regarding your SSL configuration https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/

MemberGood evening Sarah,
You are right about the list, it does not seem to be taking the status of the attendee into account.
I will see if the snippet author can do something about it 🙂
As for the “Update RSVP” button not working, could you expand on that ? (what happens on your end exactly)
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Mark,
Can the front-page display be set to hide events that cover a number of days and therefore dominate the display?
We have a similar feature that impacts the list view under Events -> Settings -> General.
We also have a snippet that does that for the photo view: https://gist.github.com/niconerd/e8efdd5a0a8d621e6b0ebeb699ef7413
I believe you could adapt and apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening VK,
Thank you for writing back and clarifying what your requirements are.
It would be great to allow them to use the Events Calendar PRO to schedule their recurring appointments, make temporary time slot changes, or even change the time slot for the rest of the recurring appointments.
The Events Calendar Pro let’s you create and edit events (from WordPress’ backend).
Another one of our add-ons, Community Events lets users create and edit only their own events on the front-end of the site (after logging in): https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/The only issue with both of these approaches is that the user can create events at any time they choose. In other words, this is not a resource management / booking system (if you have certain time slots, people or even rooms that you want people to book based on availability)
If there is no limit on the events your users can create and change, then I would recommend both the Events Calendar and Community Events.
You could limit access to a specific user role tied to your Subscriptions plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
If on the other hand you are looking for a booking system, you could always do that using Event Tickets Plus: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
You would simply need to create events for each available timeslot and add “tickets” (the resource they are booking) with a quantity of 1.
This way you could book the resource at specific times and cancel your “purchase” at any time.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening John,
I am chiming in because I believe there is something worth trying out.
Could you try playing around with the Events Template settings under Events -> Settings -> Display ?
This has proven to solve many theme-related display issues in the past.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
