MemberGood evening Sarah,
Actually, this is totally my bad.
There was a letter missing from the file name!
It should read attendees-list.php and not attendee-list.php!I have updated the view customization here: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/e6f41d41d7930c8e63642aeadcfb29b8
Alternatively, you could simply rename the file.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

GuestThanks Geoff!
I was away for the last week and just got back to this.
Couple last issues – if you change someones status from going to not going it still lists them as attending.
Also – the update RSVP button is not working.
🙂

MemberGood evening Sarah,
You are right about the list, it does not seem to be taking the status of the attendee into account.
I will see if the snippet author can do something about it 🙂
As for the “Update RSVP” button not working, could you expand on that ? (what happens on your end exactly)
Hang in there!

GuestThanks,
As for the update RSVP button. When you change someones status to “not going” and then click update RSVP nothing happens.
I created you a user so you can see

Guesthmmm
The button seems to function properly if your list of RSVPs isnt too long.
I noticed it worked for one user I created that only had a few RSVPs but not for my user which I had about 10 RSVPs…
When I deleted the users from the event admin area and created a shorter list it the button worked?

MemberGood evening Sarah,
Thank you for the feedback.
I am still waiting for the updated snippet, so bear with us.
As for the button not working with a long list of RSVPs, it sound like this is some type of server performance related issue.
I recommend reading the following:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
But ideally, I would recommend using our premium support forums to open a ticket (Â https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/event-tickets/event-tickets-plus/ ), that way you will be able to share system information privately.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Sarah,
Would you mind giving the following version of the template override a try ? https://gist.github.com/niconerd/d2ea62be5375ae3dc088dd29b7350608
Let me know how that goes.

GuestGeoff,
It worked… But I am so sorry.. I have to be honest.. I realized that I had the php file directly in the theme folder and earlier you said to place it in [your theme]/tribe-events/. I created the folder tribe-events, moved the php file over and then voila..
Sorry for my dumb error.. I should have read more carefully.. It wasn’t until the overrode with the code you sent and it still didn’t work that I thought to read back..
Thanks for everything!
