MemberGood afternoon Ron,
I believe the problem is now gone.
What was causing issues was the Javits Center not being properly recognized when it came to latitude and longitude. When that is the case, Google just “guesses”.
If something like this happens in the future, something else worth trying is to Google up the location of the venue and use exactly the same address format as Google does.
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood afternoon Huiwen,
Thank you for your understanding.
You are correct about the duplicate plugins, it will help you save time when it comes to event creation, but you still will need to add tickets in there.I agree with you. In fact, this is something we have already started working on this highly complex project: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets
You are welcome back in our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great weekend!

MemberGood evening Heinz and welcome back!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.a customer sells offline courses. Each course consists of more schedules than only one day. So a course happens e.g. between 6/7/2017 to 6/29/2017.
That would most likely be handled by recurring events (events series).
The trainer of each course should be shown with his/her own page, linking to the courses he/she is holding.
My recommendation would be to use the Organizer section (you can rename it to trainer) to enter each trainer’s info and allowing for display of courses by trainer.
A rating for the whole course, it’s series of dates, and the trainers should be possible.
This will most likely be handled by a third-party plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/rating-widget/
A payment gateway is not necessary, but it should be possible to register more persons to a course, not only a single person.
If your goal is only RSVP and not payment, you could achieve this by a combination of the following:
- Event Tickets lets you RSVP to events: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/
- Event Tickets Plus lets you ask attendee info for every RSVP (and opens the door to a payment gateway should you want one): https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The community ticket cannot support recurrent events, is that right?
Actually we currently do not truly support recurring events with Event Tickets Plus in general (not only with community tickets).
You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
Whenever there’s a purchase, the ticket issued with one of the recurrent event bears wrong date and link (always link to the first starting event in the past); and the sales / attendees reports are wrong as well (the purchase is reflected in the very first event). Is it the case?
That is correct.
Currently, integration is limited to one set of tickets for the whole series.
The tickets are all then tied to the first event of the series. The only “workarounds” are:
- Use a snippet to only display the tickets in the first event of the series to avoid confusion (however I do not believe this would be helpful to you).
- Create the recurring event series to save time, then break each of these event from the series, then create tickets for each of these individual events.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Or can I replicate the event (instead of making so many copypaste)?
Another solution is to use any Post duplication plugin that supports custom post types (Events are a custom post type). For example, this one works well: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.Good news, I have checked your license and you did in fact get Pro, just like you wanted.
What I believe is going on is that you need to download and install the Events Calendar Pro premium add-on: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/
Once that is done the Events Calendar Pro license tab will appear.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, the look will vary greatly from one WordPress theme to the next.
Based on what I am seeing, try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-event-date-end {
font-size: 16px;
}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Dawn and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the license key not sticking in.
I would love to help you with this topic. After a database backup, I would highly recommend deactivating both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro plugins and deleting them.
Please reinstall them from scratch and try re-entering the license key.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.I believe you need to add the “Edit post” capability for that purpose.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the messages you are receiving in wootickets emails.
I would love to help you with this topic.Alas, at this point we do not offer official support for Event Tickets Plus with WPML, as you can read about here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/
But the good news is that we are currently working on it. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
With that in mind, I would like to take a look at your theme files.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the error 500 creeping up on you.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, would it be possible to share the Google Calendar URL you are trying to import.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Maria,
Thank you for writing back.
Officially, we unfortunately do not offer support for Polylang at this point.
With that in mind, I would at least like to point you in the right direction.
For that purpose, could you provide specific URLs so that I can better offer counsel ? (what was the old URL ? What is the new URL ? How was the site moved ?)Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Sarah,
Thank you for the feedback.
I am still waiting for the updated snippet, so bear with us.
As for the button not working with a long list of RSVPs, it sound like this is some type of server performance related issue.
I recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
But ideally, I would recommend using our premium support forums to open a ticket ( https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/event-tickets/event-tickets-plus/ ), that way you will be able to share system information privately.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening @machedon,
Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry this did not work out for you, even while using the WooCommerce multilingual plugin. As pointed out, this method is not officially supported yet, but several of our customers have had success with it.
I am afraid this is all the guidance I can provide on this issue.
How do I contact you for direct support?
The best and only way to contact us for support is through our premium forums: https://theeventscalendar.com/support-forums/
We always recommend opening your own thread to keep things nice, tidy and efficient.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
