I’ve successfully installed the pro plugin on one site, but on my second I am getting an error:

There is a new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license key is invalid. You may need to download and manually install the new version. You can check the status of your licenses and download plugins by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com. View what’s new with version 4.4.8.

I can use my key on three sites, however after I entered the key I get the expiration message, but the key doesn’t stick (doesn’t load when I revisit).

Good evening Dawn and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the license key not sticking in.
I would love to help you with this topic.

After a database backup, I would highly recommend deactivating both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro plugins and deleting them.

Please reinstall them from scratch and try re-entering the license key.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
