We’re trying to allow the Shop Manager to access Attendees for an event, but I’ve tried all the capabilities related to Tribe plugins and they still don’t have permission. Can you tell me which capabilities a user needs in order to read and edit attendees?
Yep, that did it! However, I don’t want the user to be able to edit Posts, just the event stuff. Is there a possibility you might separate these capabilities in the future?
To your point, there is already a request to make this a separate capability.
You will be contacted as soon as it’s out.
In the meantime, you could cheat by adding the capability and then hiding the undesired wp-admin menus (via functions.php or a plugin such as Adminimize).
It’s less than ideal, but it should buy you some time.
