Hi. You could use this snippet:

    https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/24d4ca37f86212ed56a2e8021214d18c

And then assign them as the author of this Organizer.

You might also want to consider modifying the behavior via custom code or possibly via a plugin like User Role Editor (we cannot guarantee its compatibility but it generally considered a reliable plugin).

Hi. I viewed your screenshots, but I don’t see any tooltip on our Mini Calendar widget.

Is your second screenshot demonstrating a customization you’ve already put in place, or is it Photoshopped to demonstrate what you’d like to see?

Either way, I don’t think this is easily doable and therefore would suggest following Jaime’s advice to submit a feature request or find a developer who might be able to implement this according to your specifications.

    Hi, Rachel.

Jaime’s right, and I found this is an existing feature request: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3825421-reusable-ticket-defaults-profiles-as-per-venues-a

Please do add your vote there. This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

    Thank you.

    Hi.

There’s no way to duplicate tickets from Event A to Event B or for a ticket to apply to a event recurrence series.

Additionally, there’s no way for you to “purchase” tickets and assign them to a user, but you could use the User Switching plugin Jaime linked to. It’s third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us, but from personal experience it does work pretty well.

If the person you’re wanting to assign tickets to doesn’t have a WordPress user account yet, you could checkout as a guest if that’s allowed by your eCommerce settings. If you’re wanting to do free RSVP tickets, just enter their details in the checkout form, since they’re not tied to any user account anyway.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Thanks for the details. We’re not able to update it for you at this time, but I did find it was already on our backlog of eventual to-do’s.

To help you for right now I’d suggest the following to get an idea where the problem area might be:

Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue.

Thanks for your efforts and sorry it isn’t working for you.

In the videos I didn’t see that you changed the date format:

Please try changing your date format settings to yyyy-mm-dd and see if the problem remains.

    Did you try that?

wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Datepicker Date Format” option

Hi, Esme. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

Although a bit of custom code might be needed to pull off all of those, I think we can check all or almost all of those boxes except the waiting list, which is one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6095921-add-waitlist-capability

Please do add your vote there. This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

Please try changing your date format settings to yyyy-mm-dd and see if the problem remains. If it does, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Thanks for that information. https://theeventscalendar.com/category/products/release-notes/ details the fixes and features of each version.

4.4.20.1 from December 20 fixes the incorrect ordering.

I’ve seen debug messages like that before, but I’m unsure how they might be related to this issue.

When running the latest version, do you only get these messages on the homepage when Photo View is set as the default view?

Are you looking for a PHP function to use in your own coding (to do something to the results), or are you looking for help building a full output of results, such as a list of links on the front-end of your site?

Thanks so much for this information. That WooCommerce status report error is because “WC tested up to: x.x.x” isn’t in the plugin’s header. I will consider adding that in a future version, but the warning is scarier than it looks.

I’ll look into this further and get back to you sometime next week. Thanks for your patience.

    Xavier,

Are you using PDF Tickets or the Show and Print Tickets plugin?

Since you’re using Mandrill, do any emails with attachments get delivered?

    Duncan,

I understand you are likely experiencing the exact same thing as this thread’s original poster.

We definitely want to keep track of trends regarding specific bugs or theme/plugin incompatibilities. However, we need you to create your own separate thread (linking back to this thread would be great) so that we can address each user’s issue independently.

By doing it this way, we can fully address the situation based on each user’s unique combination of settings, active plugins, etc. We’ll also be able to compare and contrast as needed.

Finally, posting to your own thread allows you to share your System Information Report and post Private Replies that only you (the original poster) and our staff can see.

Please do reference any action steps we may have recommended in this thread and then create your own separate thread with as much information as you think would be helpful for us.

Thank you for your extra effort and understanding.

Good news! There is a way to customize the center of Map View.

    Please give this a shot:

If you have any follow-up questions, please start a new thread, linking back to this one.

Thanks for helping our products improve!
