Managing Organizers

We would like to have a full Administrator add an Event Contributor User to the site and then add Organizers that are tied to that user so that user can edit the associated organizer. However, we don’t want the Event Contributor User to have the rights to Add Organizers (which I know we can control within the Community Settings).

Is there any way that a full Admin can add an organizer that is tied to an Event Contributor User so they can edit the Organizer but not have the ability to add organizers?

And then assign them as the author of this Organizer.

You might also want to consider modifying the behavior via custom code or possibly via a plugin like User Role Editor (we cannot guarantee its compatibility but it generally considered a reliable plugin).
