October 18, 2016 at 3:09 pm in reply to: After update (yesterday) – PRO version doesn't work correctly now #1178712
Cliff
MemberHi, Mirko. Sorry you’re experiencing this. I’d guess there’s a JavaScript console error. If you want to activate PRO and send me the link, then I can give it a look.
Additionally, here are our general troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
October 18, 2016 at 2:57 pm in reply to: Wocommerce Products with Event Variant import to Eventcalender #1178704Cliff
MemberHi Gap. Thanks for considering our plugin suite.
Our Event Tickets Plus (ET+) add-on for Event Tickets (ET) can sell tickets via WooCommerce. Although it does create a WooCommerce product for each ticket and uses WooCommerce’s checkout screen/process (to collect the funds), it doesn’t actually use your WooCommerce store interface.
There is no import feature from existing WooCommerce products, but ET and ET+ could be used on custom post types, including Events created by our The Events Calendar plugin.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Abeer. Thanks for your question.
I believe I understand what you’re asking for, but we’re limited in helping with customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. However, I can try to help point you in the right direction.
The closest thing I can suggest is trying out this code snippet that lists all Venues:

I hope this helps in some way toward your customization.

MemberHi Toby.
You might be interested in this Events Calendar Widget Areas plugin.
If you try it out, please let me know how it works for you. If it’s not quite what you were wanting, please provide an annotated screenshot and a link so I can know exactly where you’re wanting to insert your content.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberHi again, Bram.
Could you please clarify: Are you wanting someone who buys a ticket to be able to essentially issue their own refund via Event Tickets Plus / WooCommerce?
Cliff
MemberHi, Alessandro.
Sorry you’re having these issues. It looks like you have the “The Events Calendar PRO: Cleanup recurring events” plugin already running. I assume you already used and ran that tool and that you believe there are no more “runaway” recurring events.
If you have some specific things to point us to, I can pass those on to our developers. Now would be a good time, as we are planning to target performance issues in future updates.
You could also contact Donald Grover from https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/ if you’d like assistance with overall site performance.

Robert, please open a new thread of your own if the information above isn’t sufficient for your needs.
Thank you.

MemberBradley, sorry if something got lost in translation/migration with the button text… anyway, your screenshot looks great.
If you want to share your code, I can give it a quick look-over. Otherwise, I think you’re good to go if I understood your response correctly. 🙂

MemberDamon, one of our developers took a look to see if anything stood out to them, such as a JavaScript issue. Nothing did except they seemed to believe your version of Divi is quite out of date. Is this correct?
You might also want to add
define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );to your site’s wp-config.php file, and then we could take another look and see if anything else leaps out at us.Please let me know.

Have a great rest of your week.

MemberI’m guessing it won’t be a quick fix but at least it’s logged now — so it’ll be sooner than if you wouldn’t have brought it up! 😉

MemberHi. Sorry Event Aggregator isn’t working as expected for you.
My understanding of the workflow to import from Facebook is that you will get a Preview button to click, then you select which ones you want to import, and then you’ll import the ones you have selected, similar to how it used to be with Facebook Importer.
Is this not what you’re experiencing? If not, please share any screenshots, video screen captures, etc. that you think may help me better understand.
Regarding new feature requests, you’re welcome to submit ideas to our Event Aggregator Ideas forum at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/category/181798-event-aggregator
All new development/feature efforts will be directed toward Event Aggregator and not the now-legacy Facebook Importer plugin.
Thanks! I hope to hear back from you soon.

MemberHi, Trey. Thanks for all the details.
I looked at your System Information report and didn’t see PRO active, but it looks like all your plugins are up to date (except The Events Calendar core/free which is now at 4.3.0.1 but shouldn’t affect anything for your issue here).
I’d suggest making sure you have everything in parity between your local testing and your production sites. If you’re unable to figure out what’s different and therefore why it’s not working, feel free to send me any screenshots of your production site’s file names and folder locations; maybe I could spot something there…
Sorry I can’t be of more help without more information. I’m glad to hear it’s working on your local testing site at least. Let me know how things go for you.
Cliff
MemberI’ve updated that plugin to work for ET+ and WooCommerce:
- .zip file: https://cl.ly/2U3P1D0a2y2X
- Screenshot: https://cl.ly/1e2B190T3A1K
Please note that it is only displayed at the bottom of Single Events, not within Photo View or any other views.
Also, ET+ has additional “stock” functionality that could be leveraged to show additional information that wasn’t previously available in WooTickets.
I hope this does help you in some way though. 🙂
Cliff
