MemberHi, Jens. This is a recently-discovered issue, for which we don’t have a snippetable solution at this time. However, if it’s the bug I think it is, if you add an Organizer to this event, it will make the map display in a more pleasing way. Please test this and let me know what you find out.

MemberHi, Russell.
Could you please provide a link to this event’s Single Event view?

MemberHi, Joshua. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I haven’t seen this issue reported before so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Stephan. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue with our plugins–and those messages refer to the Jetpack plugin–so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this, and thanks for the detailed report.
This isn’t currently a known issue, and I just tried my testing site — visiting wp-admin > Events > Settings > Additional Fields — so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
It looks like you have the latest versions installed so you might consider deleting your installed Modern Tribe plugin(s) and re-installing fresh copies. Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
Deleting The Events Calendar or its add-on plugins will NOT delete any of your data if you delete it via the WordPress plugin manager because that’s how we’ve decided to code our plugin.
FYI: deleting any plugin via FTP or cPanel’s File Manager (i.e. deleting just the files from the server) will also ensure a plugin gets deleted (if you delete the entire plugin folder) without removing any data from the database. This can sometimes be helpful to know in cases where a plugin does run an uninstall routine to delete data (again, our plugins do not run such a routine at this time and probably never will).
You can also see the difference when you click to delete a plugin, like this.
===
If that doesn’t resolve things, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you can trigger.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem. (Also, I noticed the System Information Report you shared didn’t look exactly how it should with all the headings for each of the plugin’s settings.)
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Carol. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
We haven’t heard of others not getting their automatic updates… maybe your site’s even fixed itself by now? I’d try going to wp-admin > Dashboard > Updates and see if that automatic update is available there by now.
If needed, here are some links that may help:
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Please let me know how this goes for you.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Justin.
Are you asking about the image that social media picks up from your single events page or from your events archive page(s)?
Please provide a link(s) to the page you’ve noticed this issue with. If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is.

MemberHi, Annie.
This is a known issue that should be fixed in an upcoming plugin update.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to test the proposed fix and schedule it for release.
The current workaround is to downgrade to the previous release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
January 22, 2017 at 9:19 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Pro files cannot be read by iCal anymore …. #1222181Cliff
MemberHi, Michael.
I downloaded your site’s iCal file from http://www.deutschegemeinde.fi/events/ical and it worked fine. I also tried to import and it asked me which calendar I wanted to import it to on my iMac. Was that error in your screenshot from before or after the prompt asking which calendar to import these events to (assuming you have multiple calendars setup on your Mac’s Calendar app)?

MemberHi, Steve.
At this time, ET+ has these Attendee Meta field types: Single Line Text, Multiline/Paragraph Text, Radio, Checkbox, Dropdown
And none of those field types have input masks / validation.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Another alternative is to add your own JavaScript validation. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Hi, Karl.
There is a known bug about WooCommerce Memberships where the costs display inconsistently, even on the same page.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. Technically, we state we do not guarantee compatibility with WooCommerce extensions, but I know this is one that our developers have stated they might actually make an exception for. If a fix comes, it’d likely be months, not weeks. (Sorry to say but I don’t want to overpromise and underdeliver.)
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

To make the currency symbol trail the number, please modify this option: wp-admin > Events > Settings > General tab > “Currency symbol follows value”

MemberHi, Charles.
If you open the /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/meta/select.php file, you’ll see in the comment section at the top, it tells you what path to use to implement your Themer’s Guide template override.
In this case, this file specifies [your-theme]/tribe-events/meta/select.php
However, the path Hunter provided in that previous thread is likely what it should be: /wp-content/themes/tribe-events/tickets/meta/select.php
Please test these two paths and let me know which works for you and I’ll try to confirm and correct any discrepancies in our documentation.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Leigh.
The Community Events form hasn’t ever had a Delete option to my knowledge.
Here are screenshots from version 3.12.x of Community Events List vs the current version 4.4’s.
You could use wp-admin’s Bulk Actions to delete events at wp-admin > Events.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Denise.
Thanks for considering our plugin suite. I’m glad you’re interested in using it for another project! 🙂
It sounds like you’d benefit from PRO’s Additional Fields functionality if you wanted to add a native way to get custom field sort of functionality. It also works well with our Community Events add-on, which may be a good way to go if you want a front-end way for users to submit new events and edit them, if needed. It can also be used for site admins to moderate new event submissions. And it’d be fairly easy to customize which fields appear in that event edit form while leaving the wp-admin event edit screen fully functional.
But, yes, you could add a custom field (WordPress native, PRO’s, ACF’s, etc) and then maybe do a template override for the various calendar views or the Single Event view, via our Themer’s Guide.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
FYI: Please note that coding customizations are not part of our support, per our Scope of Support / Terms. We do our best to point you in the right direction for most things if you need a bit of help though. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your own developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
