KeymasterHello Matthieu,
Thanks for checking up on us. The fix is due to be released later this week and hopefully it will solve this frustrating issue.
I’m sorry to say that we don’t do partial refunds, but in case you decide that this plugin is not for you, then you can ask for a refund on the below page. If you do so, then please give us a detailed explanation why you are requesting a refund. But I surely hope it is not going to come to that.
Hang in there, the fix is almost here.
Thanks for your patience!
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHi Karl / Todd,
Thanks for sharing the screenshots, that is much appreciated.
I have again tried to recreate it following the below guide on creating translations for events, and it worked as expected. So, please check the guide and see if that fixes the issue for you.

KeymasterDan, thanks a lot for checking that!
It looks like there are 2 bugs here in the works. Importing into future months and the importing errors.
I’m sorry about this frustrating issue. I got a bugticket for both filed and we will get these fixed as soon as possible. I ask for some patience.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello again Werner,
Again, really sorry about this. A fix should come soon. I’ll keep you posted.

KeymasterHi Werner,
Thanks for chiming in and I apologize for this frustrating issue. I’ll handle your case in your thread to keep things clean.
Since this bug was only reported not long ago, it unfortunately didn’t make it into the maintenance release which is coming this week if all goes well. However, it is a high priority issue, so I’m quite sure it will be fixed in the next one.
Thanks for hanging in there!

KeymasterHi Chad,
Sorry that didn’t do it. I wasn’t sure how that value is handled in the db, thanks for checking. I tweaked the code a bit to math that. Now basically it should check if that entry is “Yes” or doesn’t exist.

And you can use var_dump() to print out the query.
Let me know if this helps.

KeymasterHello Rami,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry you are experiencing the same issue.
So far it looks like a local issue. I have tried to recreate this behavior on my local setup without success.
If you have done the conflict testing and you can confirm that:
- the issue doesn’t happen with a default theme like twentyseventeen
- the issue happens with only the calendar plugins and the Divi theme active
then the next step – what I also requested from David – would be setting up a new install from zero and check at every step if the issue appears and when does it appear. I would go 1) WordPress (obviously); 2) Calendar Plugins; 3) add some events to get a list view with pagination; 4) Divi; 5) the rest of the plugins, one or two at a time.
If the issue comes back with a brand new install after installing and activating Divi, then we are likely facing some server incompatibility.
It would also be great if you could share with me your system information in a private reply.
What server is your site running on? Linux or Windows? Or something more exotic? 🙂
Thanks and looking forward to your answer,

KeymasterHello Christopher,
Sorry that you are having this issue as well.
To be able to help you:

2. Please share with me your system information in a private reply
3. Run a test for conflicts based on this guide: <span class=”paragraph”>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ </span>
Let me know the results and we’ll go further from there.
As for the refund, you can submit a refund request here: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

KeymasterHallo Katja,
Geoff asked me to chime in on your issue #3 with the calendar title / im vs. am.
At the moment the title of the month view and the day view use the same string set, “%1$s for %2$s”. (So this is the one you need to look for in the .po file.)
In English that goes like:
Events for December 2016
and
Events for 1 December 2016Unfortunately currently that causes an issue in languages with different grammar rules, like German, because you can have only one translation.
We already have a bugticket on file for this issue, so this will most probably get fixed soon. Until then as a workaround you could translate the string like this:
“%1$s: %2$s” , which will give Veranstalltungen: Februar 2017 for the month and Veranstalltungen: 2. Februar 2017 for the day.
I hope this helps.
Freundliche Grüsse

KeymasterHello Robert,
Thanks for getting in touch with this issue and I’m really sorry this is happening.
Does this happen with all tickets or only with some? A lot or a few?
If only with some tickets, then is there maybe a pattern to see where it happens?
Where is your site hosted?
Thanks for answering these. Once I have this info we can dig deeper.

KeymasterHi integrity,
Thanks for checking this. It looks like we are facing a bug here.
An internal bugticket is already in place and I added your thread to it to give it more push.
At the moment unfortunately I don’t have any workaround for the issue, so I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Jim,
There are 2 things you can do.
1. You can download EC Pro from your account here: downloads
2. You can follow this article which explains how you can use one license key with a staging and a live site: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-for-your-live-and-dev-sites/
Please let me know the result of your test.
Thanks,

KeymasterHello Jim,
Thanks for reaching out and for submitting all that information, that is very helpful!
I managed to recreate the issue and the bug is already ticketed in our system. I will add your thread to the ticket to give it more push and get a fix out soon.
Unfortunately at the moment there is no quick fix or workaround I can share. Thus I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one. Please hang in there, we are working on solving this issue.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi James,
Thanks for using our plugins! I’m sorry that you are having issues with the listing of event.
To be able to support you, could you please share your system information with me? Here’s a handy guide how you can do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
It would also be great if you could run a test for conflicts based on this guide.
Once I have that we can start digging further.
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasFebruary 3, 2017 at 11:30 am in reply to: Unable to submit events with Community Events 4.4.1 #1229100Andras
KeymasterHello Trent,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m really sorry about this issue with the community events form.
I see that you have an older version of Community Events installed. Did you downgrade already?
In order to be able to help you and investigate the issue it would be great if you could either update all calendar related plugins to the latest version or set up a staging / dev site which is the copy of the current one, with the latest plugins of course.
Please let me know when that’s available and then I can dig further.
Thanks and cheers,
Andras -
