KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks for getting back to me on that!
Yeah, for the time being this is how it works. Some adjustment is in the planning, introducing a column for a unique identifier to make scenarios like this possible. I do hope it will be implemented soon.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi James,
With our recent version of TEC we were not able to reproduce this issue. Could you please update, check and get back to us if you are still having the issue?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi David,
One thing that came to me while having a discussion with a colleague, is the REST API blocked or enabled on your site?
Also we could use a little help from you to be able to progress with troubleshooting this.
Would you be able to:
- Set up a test event in the future, with a free ticket (with unlimited capacity), so we can make purchases and receive QR codes
- Share with us your current API key and leave it unchanged for some time so we can run some tests?
That would enable us to run some tests with the process and find out what could be the issue.
Thanks!
Andras

KeymasterOh, I’m really sorry to hear that! That’s not good.
Did you do anything specific which could have triggered that?
It might be that one of the plugins is acting up. What you can try in this case is log in to your server via FTP and rename the plugins folder. This will deactivate all your plugins.
Check if your site shows up like that.
If it does, it is definitely one of the plugins.
As a next step rename the folder back to ‘plugins’, and re-name all plugin folders inside, and start re-enabling them one-by-one and check where the site breaks. That is the faulty plugin which you will need to re-install.
Let me know what you find.

Keymaster@Mathew, thanks for the super valuable information there!
@Arnau, as Mat suggested, you can reach out to the theme developers.
Also, here’s a bit of background information that might help you. Google structured data supports three formats:
- JSON-LD (recommended)
- Microdata
- RDFa
The source of this info is: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/sd-policies
Hope this helps.
Would be happy to hear about your progress.

KeymasterThanks, that would be great!

KeymasterHey Ryan,
I think you can find what you are looking for it in this file:
wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Meta.php
Line 279 has ‘function save_meta()’.
I will keep this open for the time being in case you would like to report your findings.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Paul,
I’m sorry to say, something didn’t go well during testing so the fix has been postponed to the next maintenance release, which will come in 3 weeks.

KeymasterHey Ryan,
Thanks for getting back to me on that.
Wow, that is some good amount of testing you did. Thanks for that and for sharing the results. Not a lot of our users go to this length of trying to find the source of an issue.
I’ll reach out to one of our technical guys to see if they have an idea about this.
Do you know if you are on a Microsoft server or a Linux one?
