Non-profit waiting time question

We filled in a non-profit discount request last September 13th and the message we got said that we would get an answer within a week. Since its coming up to three weeks we justed to make sure it all went through ok.

Sorry, my colleague just reminded me when mentioning I had written on a forum that although it did say that at the end, one of the checkboxes we marked before submitting said from 2 to 3 weeks wait. Will wait as long as necessary. Thank you.
