ParticipantI’ve created some event tickets and have added multiple fields under Attendee information. These fields are required so I know people are filling them out. But when I go to The list of Attendees there is nothing in the details column. Also I found some custom code that queries the order meta data and all it returns is an empty array.

KeymasterHello Robert,
Thanks for getting in touch with this issue and I’m really sorry this is happening.
Does this happen with all tickets or only with some? A lot or a few?
If only with some tickets, then is there maybe a pattern to see where it happens?
Where is your site hosted?
Thanks for answering these. Once I have this info we can dig deeper.
Cheers,

ParticipantThe extra info is not showing up for any of the events. The site is hosted by Media Temple. Thank you for you help.

KeymasterHi Robert,
That is curious…
We had a very similar issue recently but with a different provider.
Please give us some time while we look into this. I will get back to you as soon as I have something.
Thanks for your patience!
Cheers,

ParticipantHello Andras,
I was just wondering if you had any updates on the progress of this issue. Do you have an Idea of when it will be fixed? If you feel like it’ll be a longer period of time I will have to rollback to my old events manager system. Until the issue is fixed.February 15, 2017 at 4:16 am #1235111Andras

KeymasterHey Robert,
Thanks for sharing that. One of our developers is looking into that GoDaddy issue and if all goes well (keeping fingers crossed) it should be fixed with the next maintenance release by the end of the month.
Could you share with me a screenshot of your attendee table to see the issue? Do you get any information there at all, or a totally blank table?
Also, can you share with me the URL of an event that produces this issue? I’d like to take a look.
Thanks,

ParticipantHere’s the url for all the events.
http://witministries.com/wit-events/I’ve attached images of two different events so you can see what the problem looks like. Strange thing though after looking through all of the events again two or three events had the info on only the first ticket and all the rest where still blank. While all the other tickets still did not have any info.

ParticipantHi
I am facing the same issue.
Here is the link to the event where we are selling tickets. If you select a quantity, you get the option to select your meal preference.
However that info does not show up in the attendee page in the back end. See the screenshot.
We really need that info to show up. Any help would be appreciated.

KeymasterHello Arzan, thanks for getting in touch and I’m really sorry you are facing this as well.
Azran, it would be great if you could share your system information with me as well and also which hosting provider you are using. Thanks!
Robert, Arzan, thanks for the screenshots. Based on those it does look like the bug we encountered at specific providers and hosting packages. We are currently investigating this issue, please hang in there.
Also note, we just have released a new Maintenance Release, version 4.4.3 today. While this MR most probably will not solve your issue, it is still recommended to update.
Thanks for your patience!
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Robert & Arzan,
I’m really sorry for the wait for an answer. I had a little accident – my daughter poked me in the eye, so I had to take some time off from the screen.
I checked our records and I see 2 similar issues on file. Both of them are currently being worked on (one is already ready for testing) and if all goes according to plan, the fix should come with the next maintenance release in 1-2 weeks. Please hang in there.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Thanks and cheers,

ParticipantHello!
I wanted to post a quick note here that we have published a new Maintenance Release today that should address some of the problems with the Attendee Information reported in this thread.
You can read about the details of this release here → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-4-4-4-event-tickets-4-4-4-premium-add-ons/
I hope this update helps!
If issues persist, open a new thread in the forums and be sure to include your site’s complete, un-edited “System Information” as per the instructions in this knowledgebase guide.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
