    After upgrading to Pro, the default events page http://www.bopshop.com/events/ no longer shows Upcoming Events in the proper order.

    However if we create a new page and use the shortcode, it works fine.

    More info: After entering the /Events page, hit <previous and then next> and it comes back to the correct order.

    Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry about this issue with the order.

    Could you please do a test for conflicts and see if that leads anywhere?

    Also, if you could share with me your sysinfo I could give you a bit more help.

    Hi Andras,
    We decided to start fresh for the client with a new install and updated theme. The only issue is that we cannot install Pro on or development instance to test since the license is already in use on the live site. Is their any way we could get the Pro install working on our test site to see if this fixes the issue?

    Hi Jim,

    There are 2 things you can do.

    1. You can download EC Pro from your account here: downloads

    2. You can follow this article which explains how you can use one license key with a staging and a live site: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-for-your-live-and-dev-sites/
