Good afternoon,
When i am importing the events from Facebook, in the section import – History, each events shows an error on it’s side, but i don’t have a clue about what it is referring to (See attached file).
And it’s now 3 weeks that I don’t have any new events on my list, even know that the Facebook groups have been actualized and that everything looks fine on the backend.Could you please give me some more information?
Thank you!

January 23, 2017 at 1:48 pm #1222577AndrasKeymasterHello Mathieu,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m really sorry you are experiencing this. This is likely a bug that we already know about, and for which a fix is on the way.
To be able to verify that I would like to ask a couple things:
- Please share your system information with me
- Share with me a URL or the URLs where you are trying to import from, so I can run a test
- Please check what happens if you go to the Scheduled Imports tab and you try to run an import manually. Does it run and do the import or fails again?
Thanks for getting back to me with those.
Cheers,

Thank you fro your answer,
So, i tried to import some event manually through Import, New Import, and
it worked perfectly. It seems that the problem is coming from the Scheduled
imports. For example, i have scheduled the importation of the following Facebook
Page, but it doesn’t import anything, even know that there is an event
tomorrow.Thank ou fro your help!

January 26, 2017 at 7:15 am #1224339AndrasKeymasterHi Mathieu,
Thanks for checking that and reporting back.
Indeed, that is a know issue we have. The good news is it is already being worked on, so a fix should be ready soon. I added this thread to the internal ticket to give it a bit more push.
I ask for a bit of patience while we fix this. Thanks!
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.

Is there any news from the update! The truth is that without this option, I don’t have any use of this plugin. It’s now nearly one month that this plugin stopped working, will I get a refund for the time that I haven’t been able to use it?
Thank you!
MathieuFebruary 6, 2017 at 2:38 am #1229850AndrasKeymasterHello Matthieu,
Thanks for checking up on us. The fix is due to be released later this week and hopefully it will solve this frustrating issue.
I’m sorry to say that we don’t do partial refunds, but in case you decide that this plugin is not for you, then you can ask for a refund on the below page. If you do so, then please give us a detailed explanation why you are requesting a refund. But I surely hope it is not going to come to that.

Hang in there, the fix is almost here.
Thanks for your patience!

February 11, 2017 at 6:07 am #1233323mathieu laineParticipantHello, I checked again today and it still doesn’t import anything. I get the following error:
Import records must be finalized before posts can be inserted.
All my links are configured to import the events daily.February 13, 2017 at 6:29 am #1233776AndrasKeymasterSalut Mathieu,
I’m sorry there is still an issue.
Seems like the update was done while one of the Scheduled Imports was working and this left it stuck in the middle.
Could you try the following please: delete the current scheduled import. (Not the events, only the import.) Then set it up again and let it run.
Let me know how that turns out.

Thank you so much to take the time for helping!
I tried to delete the scheduled imports from Facebook without deleting the
event . But i couldn’t find out how to do it. Could you give me some more
information?
I have a total of 135 scheduled imports from Facebook, so i tried to find a
way as well in general settings, but without any results.Thank you!!

February 14, 2017 at 3:30 am #1234372AndrasKeymasterHi Mathieu,
Wow, that is a lot of imports. 🙂
To delete the scheduled imports you need to do the following:
Go to Events > Imports > Scheduled imports tab
Select all the scheduled imports that are set up. Easiest is to click on the Select all checkbox at the top.
From the Bulk actions dropdown select “Delete” and then click the Apply button.
If not all your scheduled imports fit on one page, then you might need to repeat this a couple of times to delete all.
Or you can only select those which are producing an issue and then set those up again.
Since you seem to have a lot of scheduled imports set up, I would recommend doing this with only 5 at first and check if deleting them, then setting up the scheduled import again fixes the issue.
Hope this helps. Waiting for your results.
Cheers,
