KeymasterHello liblogger,
Thanks for reporting that to us.
We had a similar issue for users who had version 1.0 of the below extension installed as well, which we fixed in version 1.0.1.
It looks like this is not the case for you, but wanted to check with you just in case.
Also, to be able to see whether this is an issue with our plugins, could you run a similar test with two WooCommerce products and not tickets? Please try it with a single product and a virtual product as well, and see if the same issue comes up.
Until you get back to me with the results I will also try to recreate the issue.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello Nick,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m sorry you are having an issue with the imports. Let me help you figure this one out.
Unfortunately the google calendar link you shared is a generic link, so for me it opens my google calendar. Could you possibly share the URL that you are trying to import with Event Aggregator? And if your google calendar is publicly accessible, then a link to that would also be helpful – maybe in a private reply.
Please also be so kind to share with me your system information, here’s a guide on how you can do that easily. This will enable me to give you better support.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHallo,
I’m sorry to hear that.
The bugticket for the timepicker issue is on highest priority and is planned for the maintenance release coming in the 1st half of May. So please hang in there just a bit longer.
Thanks!

KeymasterGisela, thanks for getting back to me on that.
Happy to hear it seems to work now as expected.
I’ll keep this topic open so you can ping me again if an issue appears, or to let me know that all is fine and I can close the topic. 😉
Good luck with your project!

KeymasterHmmm… I’m also not sure what the cause could have been. Didn’t see a case like that before.
A short while back we have changed how the recurring events are handled in the back-end and in the database, but an update with not too big of a gap between versions should not cause anything like this. If the version jump is bigger, then there is the possibility. In these cases running a multiple-step update usually gives the desired and expected result.
And yes, if you delete the starting event, then all recurrences should be deleted (moved to trash) as well.
If you break the starting event from the series, then the next event will take on the responsibility of being the head.
I hope this helps clarify a bit more.
Is there anything else related to this issue / topic I can help you with?
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Lauren,

KeymasterHello Joanne,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the premium forums!
By default the attendee list includes the name of the attendees as well as other details.
To be able to help you with your question I would like to ask for 2 things:
- please share with me your system information, this guide will help you with that.
- share with me a screenshot of what you see
Looking forward to helping you solve this.

KeymasterHey Drew,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!
I believe the easiest would be to use the widget, as that functionality is not available with our shortcodes. It’s possible that it could be done but would require some coding and possibly changing some core files.
Other option would be creating a totally unique page template for that, but again that would require extensive coding, which we are limited in supporting.
If you need help for developing that, here’s a list of guys from the community who could possibly help you out: list of freelancers
Let me know if I can be of any more help.

KeymasterHello Steve,
Thanks for reaching out with that issue!
I checked your site now and all events on the first 2 pages of https://www.younghackney.org/whats-on/ looked fine with proper URLs.
Did you manage to find and fix the issue or do you still need help with this?
Cheers,

KeymasterHey Lisa,

Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new one in the forum and we will be happy to help you out.
Good luck with your project!

KeymasterHello Guidegirl,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I’ sorry you are experiencing these glitches.
I have checked your site and could find both of the events when I filtered for WA and AZ respectively. Are you still experiencing this issue?
Also a caching plugin or your browser cache can make this happen. Next time when you create an event and doesn’t show up, make sure to empty your browser an site cache as well.
Let me know if I can help you further.

KeymasterHello Johnny,
Thanks for using our plugins and for getting in touch with your questions.
Hi how would I go about adding a Google calendar invite to the automatically generated RSVP or Woo Commerce Tickets?
You could create a template override for the email that is being sent out.
Here is a link to our Themer’s Guide that should help you get started in doing a template override.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Also would it be possible to resend the original ticket RSVP or Woo Commerce Event to the attendees as a reminder email prior to an event commencing?
I believe this would be possible manually if you go to the WooCommerce order page of the tickets, and there in the top right corner in the “Order actions” box you should be able to find “Resend tickets”.
If you want to automate that, then a plugin like Follow Up Emails might help you with that.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions regarding this.
Cheers,

KeymasterSure thing James, I’m happy I could be of a bit of help.
I’m going to close this topic for now. But if you need any more help or come across a bug or issue, just open a new topic and we will be happy to help you out with that.
